      Talked to several of their people about a HELOC loan on a modular home assured me it was not a problem and could be done easily and closed quickly supplied them with documents showing equity on home well in excess of what I wanted to borrow since home is paid off. Filled out their forms was told they needed access to my savings and checking accounts sources of income from me all was supplied after supplying all of this was told they don't do HELOC loans on modular housing if this was true why are their employees not aware of this? Talked to a supervisor and was told that he had records of all people I had talked to and all of them where not aware of this policy and it will have to be addressed

      I was contacted by Michael ***** and told him I was just shopping around and did not want to go any further. I don't know how this guy got my info including social security number, I never signed any forms or made any agreements. I have tried numerous times emailing him and called leaving a couple voice messages. Never returned calls or emails. I will be further investigating because that is scary for him to have all my info.

      I hate that I have to take my precious time to call 3 different numbers and get information to file a formal complaint about your organization.  
      For the past 30 days, I have been receiving non-stop calls from your Charlotte office.  They have called me from several different numbers:
      **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ******** **** ********  I have talked with several different people there who either hung up on me or left me on hold because I requested they remove me from their call list.  I don't understand why that is so difficult and I am flabbergasted at the ignorance of someone who believes by harassing me I would EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.   At this point, there should be some accountability for the manager of these locations, and when a person asked to be removed from the contact list that should be honored.  It makes NO sense why they would waste their time calling someone who repeatedly says they are not interested.  You best believe I will be the first in line when the Class Action Lawsuit is made because I have a record of all of it.  
      I have gone on the BBB website to file negative review and complaint to ANYONE  that ask I will be sure to let them know that your company is in the business of Harassing people relentlessly.  And I will not be recommending your company to anyone to use for mortgage services.  
      I want an answer to why this is continuing to happen to me and I an 1000% this is happening to other folks as well.  This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I won't hold my breath waiting for a response from someone.

      Had received a follow call from this company about doing business with them. An agent got me on contact with Connor M*******. Was professional and gave me a link to complete a HELOC loan. He said he would call in the morning got no call, so I emailed him saying I had a few questions before we finalized. Got no response so I emailed him to let him know we would not do business as with him to which he replied the following.
      DO NOT WORK WITH THEM FOR YOUR HELOC NEEDS AS HE PUT IT BELOW HE IS WORKING WITH ACTUAL CLIENTS

      First of all I’m busy with clients doing actual loans through our company. The link I sent you was a referral for a completely online loan. It gives you directions on exactly what to do. Enjoy looking elsewhere.

      The worst Customer service I have had to deal with!! I contacted them in November at the beginning of what I knew was going to be a stretch of financial difficulty. After 5 months of back and forth and multiple calls, I got my bonus and got current. 2 months later they have still not reported that I am current with my loan. Most customer service reps had no clue what they were doing. If I could give a negative star on this company I would. As soon as we can, we are refinancing with another company.

      This is the worst lender service a person could recommend the communication is a understatement they all try to cover for each other even if their wrong I had 5 closing dates in the last 2 months the team as they say or so unprofessional I spent all this money on appraisal and moving from Las Vegas to Georgia just to live in a hotel for a month they never communicate then they send or ask for the same documentation over and over Johnathan Williams Kelly and Stephanie Pegg and her husband or very difficult people to deal with and they lie and will tell you what you wanna hear I never closed on the house and when they asked my daughter for info she been submitted they closed or file and didn’t wanna give us the loan because of their stupidity. I would never recommend these unprofessional business to anyone.

      Do not recommend this company at all. They took insurance check and haven't returned it forcing me to pay out of pocket for home repairs. Support has sent me in a loop for a hour w/ no help at all on getting the money back to me.

      CrossCountry Mortgage is the worst company I’ve ever done business with. They have been giving me the run around about removing my PMI. Every time I do something to get it removed, like an appraisal I paid for, they change the rules so it won’t happen. All of a sudden instead of 80% LTV they changed it to 75% LTV. So I called again today to get it removed, cause I’m at the balance I needed to be at, and now my appraisal isn’t good anymore. They say It was only good for 120 days! Nowhere does it state this on the paperwork and no one has verbally told me this. This company is a bunch of scammers! WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!

      CC reports your account negatively to the credit bureaus while your account is currently under a state assistance program and payments are out of your control. Have reached out to the CEO ****** ********* COO ******** *********** ***** ******** and others but to no avail.

      They do nothing but lie. I was told that the loan was guaranteed and that it would be no problem. Yeah right. The day I had the $550.00 appraisal before the guy even left I was denied. REALLY??? Just got scammed out of money I DON’T HAVE!!!! Then I was told I would get that back. Another LIE!!
