      Tried to refinance my home through these guys back when interest rates where low appraisal on my house came back way low for the cash out refinance I was trying for was still going to refinance with them for the amount the low appraisal would have Allowed me to borrow in equity was working with a guy by the name of Ryan Anderson who once this happened I sent multiple messages too saying let’s just refinance for the amount I could qualify for with the low appraisal as I’d already spent 900 dollars for the appraisal he completely blew me off never responded to my message again and forced me into a situation where I had to refinance with a different mortgage company whom I had to pay for another appraisal with and by the time we where able to close the deal interest rates had risen over a half of percent! Would absolutely not reccomend these guys and really believe they should be liable to pay for both the appraisal that lead no where and the new one I was forced to pay for when they completely just ignored me after two months of working with them to get refinanced not to mention the extra money monthly the higher interest rate I ended up with cost me every month because they wasted the most critical 4 5 months I had to refinance and get a rate below 3%

      First if I could put a negative 10 I would.
      I worked with Justin haven we followed every email to the “T” seems to be the only way to communicate this Justin man hire out people to work on our place and he will not pay him money promised because he doesn’t know how to work a deal we spent money we didn’t have and could have been in a better place financially I have every single email from this guy we responded quickly ohh also we have a pool professional installed and every inspector seen it right at the end he sends me. Email asking if there was a pool on the properties the inspectors didn’t notice one so it was won more thing and that’s it over and over maybe there are better people at this company I’m not sure but Justin haven needs to go he is bringing down your company by reviews like this

      I filled out a form for info about Cross Country Mortgage. I received a call advising of services offered. I decided not to move forward with their products and requested to be placed on their "do not call list". The company calls every day from a different number. Each time I answer the call and ask not to be called any more. I also block the number. They keep calling daily from a different number, in violation of my my multiple requests. I want this company to delete and destroy my contact info and not share it with anyone. I want them not to contact me any more! I have also reported them to CFPB for their predatory marketing practices. I would leave zero stars if I could.

      LET ME START BY SAYING IF I COILD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. I have had the absolute worst experience I have ever even heard of with Crosscountry. 0 customer service what so ever. I have never been lied to so many times in my life. All I want is help getting my check and it seems they don't care about anything other than my mortgage payment every month. I'm disgusted. Lost my roof in the hurricane, they have held my check to be endorsed for the last 2 weeks. I call, they tell me it will be sent out tomorrow. Tomorrow comes around, I get the same bs story it will be sent out tomorrow. Nobody takes ownership or has any interest in actually helping. Just apologizes on the phone, then lies to you to get you off the phone. I was even given fake names and extensions for callback information. Absolute joke of a company who has 0 interest in you as a client, just your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

      took money out of my account that they were not supposed to and I have to wait 30 days to get it back... this is bs.. this is xmas money.. not everyone just has an extra grand hanging out in their bank account to use at your disposal... thanks for ruining my xmas

      Worst Customer Service in the Mortgage Industry. Spoke with a Viloleta. Did not have any compassion for service or resolving my complaint. All I wanted was to make a payment because it would not allow for me to do it online. But yet because of their online issue, she wanted to charge me a fee of $11.50 to process a payment because of their inept of their website. Why should I have to pay for their issue? Also, had a recording of a customer service rep last month mention to me that I was now allowed to speak on my partners/finacee, ready to be married as I am on the deed behalf since I was the one paying each month on the mortgage account. They WANT your payment and will take your money each month but yet if you are late, they want to crucify you for doing so, and then want to have the nerve to charge you for it. Mind you, I am trying to pay 10 days early and have NEVER been late with a payment on the account. I would never recommend this mortgage company to anyone with this kind of customer support.

      Terrible - Make sure to pay your mortgage 45 days before it is due. Took them 23 days to process an electronic payment. Causing my 740 credit score to drop to 588 now I am contacting **** and Obviously BBB

      I'm a realtor with Classic Properties in the Pocono Mountains area in Pennsylvania. I long time client and friend of mine used Cross Country at my recommendation. What I didn't realize was that He got to a call center phone number and assigned to a originator in another state. Long story short it was the worst lending experience I have ever experienced.... They delayed closing by almost a month, even after I got involved with the client to provide information. They charged astronomical fees associated with his loan raising my clients closing well above what we had originally budgeted for him making it nearly impossible for him to be able to source funds and get the money together to make it happen. The entire team didn't seem to speak to one another and no one was interested in escalating my complaints regardless of the amount of time that I asked to speak with a manager. I felt it was completely unfair lending and will make sure to not provide business to Cross Country again.
