      Very similar situation that many others had. Pre approved, pay money, jump through hoops, but I repeated thinking there was one last hoop. On top of it all, Chad ****** the contact was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful when I told him ot was getting ridiculous and I seriously doubted the company knew what they were doing. Should have checked here first.

      Illegal Practices
      CrossCountry Mortgage broke Washington State law in transferring/selling my loan.
      My loan was sold to Chase, but CrossCountry never removed the loan from their servicing department. The result was having two banks stating that I both owe them monthly mortgage payments. Customer service was zero help.
      After impact to my credit score, 100+ hours on the phone and performing research, I had to reach out directly to the US and Washington state regulatory agencies to get it fixed.

      I am filing a harassment complaint against this company. I guess I submitted an online inquiry at some point and then when they started calling me, I asked them to stop calling me. I have blocked a dozen phone numbers from these people, and they keep calling me from different numbers. I called their corporate office. Thought I was speaking to a boss and then found out I was talking to someone at a call center. So the young lady transferred me to another one of her employees and made me think I was talking to a supervisor horrible company. They should not be doing business with people. Especially when it comes to stuff like mortgages

      Recently had my home owners insurance go into grace period. Waited till last possible day on CCM, whom I notified and they said payment will arrive in 5-7 bussiness days after I called.
      Fast forward two months after I called them. Still haven't been paid. Meanwhile I paid my premium on a credit card. And they are still giving me the run around on my refund.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      The web site quite often doesn't work. This may not be important to people who set up a payment schedule and forget about it, but for those of us that monitor our amortization schedule and pay additional principal payments it's very frustrating. It's the only system that I've run across that navigates differently based on when you closed on your mortgage, and forgets how to let you login. Cross Country, please get the website working and stop touching it. You're not good at it!

      Horrible, unethical, unprofessional and bullied my client till she found another mortgage company to work with. Discriminated her background even though they claimed to be able to help people with lower credit. Absolutely appalling- Loan Officer L**** *******

      Corey and his team were amazing! Always there at all hours to answer and all of my questions. They were always on top of things. The team had a great work ethic and were always pleasant to deal with my many phone calls and questions. I would highly recommend them for anyone getting ready to do a construction loan for a new house! Thank you to all of the team!

      This company gave approval for our refinance loan. We paid for the house inspection. Then went thru 3 months of jumping thru hoops and requests from their understanding department. In the end they ended up denying it all because of some faulty advice their employee gave. The communication with the staff of Cross Country Mortgage is sadly lacking. They are running a 3 ring circus and no one seems to know who is in charge. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

      I had a very disappointing experience with Cross Country Mortgage Yuma Arizona. Specifically **** ********* &
      ******* ********* From start to finish, the process was riddled with inefficiencies and poor communication. They were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Every step felt dragged out, and I was constantly left in the dark about the status of my application.
      There were also multiple errors in the paperwork, which delayed the closing process significantly. Despite promising competitive rates, the final numbers were much higher than initially quoted, with hidden fees that were not transparently communicated upfront.
      The customer service was equally subpar—getting a straight answer from anyone was nearly impossible. I expected a smoother experience, but I got frustrated and discontinued my attempt to do any business with them.. I would not recommend Cross Country Mortgage to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward mortgage process. When I cancelled **** & ****** refused to transfer my V A Case # over to the new mortgage company siting pay for you appraisal firs. This was holding my process with the new company hostage. I contacted the V A & reported their asses. The V A immediately transferred my case # over and stated there would be an investigation. Cross Country Yuma AZ is a group of unprofessional preditors who should have their license revoked. Please do not deal with these perras.

      Corey went the extra for us for sure. We were all set to close on a home in Northeast, MD and at the last minute the sellers backed out. This all happened after I had already sold my home and my family was left with nowhere to live. This also meant that Corey got paid absolutely nothing for all his efforts and billable hours that he put in to make this home a reality for us. Luckily, we were able to find another home that was a new construction and in a much better community. Corey was a consummate professional through the whole process and did whatever was within his power to make things work out for our family in the end. Corey prides himself on professionalism and understands the challenges of the VA loan process. He is a proud veteran and always incorporated that level of Esprit De Corps.
