      0 stars if I could they promise yiu a loan then get money from you for appraisal and then sat sorry that loan is unavailable inhabitants a credit score of 720 and now since they have done this my score has dropped to 640. Thanks (no thanks) THIS COMOANY IS WORTHLESS BE WARE

      Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all costs. There is near zero customer support once they have had your business. I've been trying to get them to keep the promises Sam Skipworth made to me in order to get my business for months and all I get is silence. I've created tickets. I've spent hours on the phone listening to hold music. I've created more tickets. I've tried to get help from my original Mortgage Broker Sam Skipworth with nothing.
      Do yourself a favor. Anyone but these clowns.

      Corey and his team are so easy to work with. He is quick to repsond to emails and gives you very thorough explanations to your questions, no matter how big or small they are. This was a completely painless process and I couldn't be more happy. I'd more than happily work with Corey again in the future if needed!

      My husband applied for a construction loan through Ken, 5 days later he messaged me saying he didn't forget about us and that he had a meeting with the construction loan team that following Monday. A week went by and I reached back out to him asking how the meeting went, he apologized and said that work had been busy and he forgot to tell me that the meeting did not happen but that they rescheduled it for the following Monday. Another week went by and I reached back out to him to find out how the meeting went. He responded saying he was frustrated because he cant get the construction team to answer him. Two weeks after that he messaged me saying his company was not running to his standards and that we would be better off looking elsewhere because he did not want his reputation ruined because the construction team wont answer him. I asked him if calling the office and talking to someone higher would help and he said no, he would get it handled just not sure when. I took it upon myself to call corporate, I was told that someone was going to look into our file and call me back. It was been almost three weeks and I haven't heard anything. We are now over a month into waiting for a pre approval.

      Corey ******** was a pleasure to work!! 100% professional and personable. My situation was unique and very tense, but he didn’t hesitate to jump all in! We had to rush to sell 2 properties and purchase another ALL in under 45 days. He went above & beyond to help make it happen! A smooth experience with top notch customer service. Highly recommend Corey and MMM team!

      For a first-time home buyer, I can not caution enough against using Ryan ************* at CrossCountry Mortgage. When I received my first disclosure, the rate was nowhere near what Ryan had quoted me over the phone. He then explained to get the rate he initially quoted me, I would have to buy points at a rate just shy of $9000, a process I was unfamiliar with as a foreign buyer. Even after buying the points, he did not match the quoted rate. Throughout the process, I tried to ask questions, but I was shut down or cast off to his assistant and rarely got an answer to my question. I would have left CrossCountry and tried to find a new lender, but the timeframe for my closing was too tight, and I wanted to keep my deposit and the house. Throughout the closing, Ryan's team made mistakes, including listing a lesser amount for what I was paying/ had paid in insurance. This mistake made the monthly insurance portion of my mortgage appear to be less than what it was, keeping my total monthly payment within the legal requirements for an investment mortgage. At closing, CrossCountry begrudgingly lowered my rate to fall within compliance, for which Ryan said rudely that it was costing him money to give me a mortgage, as if it was my fault. All in all, I felt rushed and pushed. I was sent disclosures and e-mails at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays and told they needed to be signed by 5:00 p.m. There was not even adequate time to read the pages and pages of documentation. Ultimately, my closing cost was thousands, over the average of $25,000. My mortgage was sold off to another company before my first payment, and much of the paperwork still needs to be transferred, requiring me to provide it again. I can't express how discouraged this experience with Country Mortgage has left me, and I encourage anyone to check their work closely as they are anything but forthcoming in their dealings.

      The quality of customer service is abysmal. There's a severe lack of staff, and the IVR system is subpar. Upon transferring my loan to a new servicer, I was unfairly charged a late payment fee. Despite assurances that it would be rectified after the transition settled, it's been five months and nothing has changed. It's impossible to reach a live person, and emails go unanswered.

      If I could give no stars, I would. This company is not out to help you, but to make their own gain. I spoke to Matt ******** Vice president. I found him to be very dishonest. Once he got my social security number, his words were no longer valid. He promised to call back, I never even heard from him again. This is lack of integrity and unprofessional. Don't even bother with this company

      Patrick ******* is a liar. when I called them to ask about a Veterans interest reduction act. Patrick was gung ho "yeah I can help you". We can reduce your rate and you'll get 2 months without a payment. Question did you pay your mortgage payment for the month it was the 5th. I said yes. he said "no worries we can get it back after the closing". I said well if you want we can wait till next month. he said "don't worry ill send an email and they will send you a check". Well we went thru with it. The 2 weeks after I called him asking where the check was. his response it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks after closing. If I was told I wouldn't get but $83.00 I wouldn't have done it. He intentionally ignored my calls till the 30 days was past to then text me and say. That's what we agreed on. A lie is what we were told.

      I worked with Corey ******** and his team securing a mortgage for a new home and I couldn’t be more satisfied!! Everything went smoothly and the team made sure that I understood the process and knew what was needed from my side of the process. I definitely recommend Corey and his team!
      BTW- the costs were the best I found and everything closed right on time!
