    I had ordered a package from their website for a college class which was to arrive on August 26. I emailed them after I found out the delivery address in the delivery confirmation email from this company was incorrect. My address is ** ******** **, in some instances the e doesn’t register so I often put ******* instead as it is stated on the street sign. There is a street similar but I have no issues receiving my mail. The address listed in this confirmation email was ** *******. Heather, the woman responding to my emails, stated that it was delivered to the correct address which I repeatedly told her I had not received the package. She stops responding and I once again contact her , requesting a refund. She claims that if I return the package I will receive one. I once again told her that I never received the package as it was delivered to an entirely different address, which does not exist.

    Customer entered an incorrect address and did not receive their order.  This order was refunded before the customer made the complaint.  We have emailed the customer regarding the refund and contacted the USPS regarding the return of the item.  Both of these things were completed before receiving this complaint.
