    On March 18, 2025, Mark G*****'s crew damaged my lawn and tree lawn in Cleveland Heights even though they were contracted for a tree removal project two houses away. I saw the damage when I returned home but didn't actually learn what happened until the next day when the contractor/crew returned to continue the project and I received photos. The contractor/crew showed little disregard for driving their bulldozer through my lawn to chip wood, creating deep ruts and debris. No one knocked on my door to inform me or ask permission. I do not believe this disrespect would ever have occurred if I lived in Beachwood or Pepper Pike. On March 19, I contacted the CHPD for a "Call for Service Report" to tell the contractor/crew to desist from using my property in that manner. The manager/contractor, Mark G*****, called with a verbal apology and said he would resod my lawn and restore my property. He noted that it would start a few weeks later since the ground was frozen. I reached out to Mark on March 21 for a start date but got his voicemail. There has been no contact or follow-up. If you plan to use this service for your own projects, I hope that this company shows more care and concern for your neighbors' property; however, I don't think this contactor/crew will.

    The damage was not on her property, it was on the customer's property. The customer took care of it.
