I ordered from Hubcap Heaven & Wheels on 6-21-24, and received email confirmation of the order (#*****) immediately afterwards. I sent a reply email asking about a delivery timeframe and tracking status, but no response. I called on Monday, 6-24-24, spoke to someone who said he'd check and call back in 5-10 minutes, but never did. I called twice later that same day. No answer. I left messages, sent follow up emails, and still, no response. Now their phone (both numbers) are either blocking my number, or are no longer working.Initial Complaint

Order *****. I placed an order for a hubcap on 9.22. I have not received any kind of shipping notice. When I call any of the several numbers listed on their website, it rings and goes to a message. I sent an email on 9.29 for an order update and nothing in return. I sent an inquiry through the website to obtain information regarding my order just today, but I am sure after reading the rest of these BBB complaints that I will not receive a response there either. I am not sure if this business is just 100% a scam or just absolutely terrible at doing business. I now have to spend my time getting my money back through my credit card company because this business is sheisty and scammy.Initial Complaint

I ordered a hubcap for $59 on 9/20 for my van. It said I would receive it in 5 days. It still has not been shipped and I have not received it and it's now been almost 3 weeks. This business will NOT ever answer the phone. The will never answer emails they randomly answer text with out resolution. This business is a fraud. All I want is my hubcap I paid for. I purchased a hubcap for my 2015 Ram Promaster City 7/1/2023. I received a confirmation of the order, #*****, from Lennie B**** on 7/3/2023.
The item was never shipped, and I've attempted four times to contact this business, three times via email, one time via the phone. They did not answer my request for a shipping number, and their phone was transferred to an answering service that would not set up.
I paid $54 for a hubcap I never received. This is a really good intrastate and interstate scam this business has going on.Initial Complaint

On April 29, 2023 we ordered 2 hubcaps from Hubcap Heaven totaling 114.00 in 2 separate orders. Their order numbers are ***** and ***** We thought they were wheels, and wanted to return them. The phone number listed on their website has no answer, and their mailbox is full. I left an SMS call back number and sent them an email as well, with no responses. We mailed the hubcaps back unused, not even taken out of the box on May 10, 2023. Tracking number **** **** **** **** **** **. They received them on May 13, at 1:39PM. They have not credited our account with the refund price, I understand that there is a 15% restocking fee and we paid the shipping fee of 24.05. I want my refund. It was within the 30 day time window that was listed on their site.Business Response

Transaction date was 4-5-23. I contacted this company to request an update on my order. The lady that answered was rude and gave me a number to text. I asked if there was someone there I could speak with and she said no that I only could text. When I did I got an answer back that their IT was checking into it. That’s been 6 hrs. ago. I paid $39.99 for a hubcap on December 19, 2022. I reached out to company and asked when would be shipped. They stated the following week and tracking number would be provided. It is now 1/06/23 and on 12/28/22 I sent a email stating please refund or ship this out because online it is posted as in stock. Business sent me wrong size hubcaps. I returned these and paid $15 to return them. Business received the return on August 8th. After repeated requests for credit, none has been issued. Therefore I am filing a complaint against this business..
