    Worst customer service ever! First of all, they charged my card and I received a confirmation email. A month passes by and I have yet to hear back about a possible delivery date or even an “I’m sorry for the delay” email. I called and finally got through to a very unprofessional customer representative who kept yelling at me bc I kept telling her I couldn’t hear her. She kept speaking over me when I tried explaining to her that I didn’t have a “description number” but an “invoice number” for the item I purchased. I questioned her for an update on my order, she claimed their system was down but that I would get it in 2-3weeks. I asked how certain she was about that since their system was down? She yelled at me, claimed “she had 10 other callers on hold” and couldn’t answer my questions. When asked, she stated there wasn’t anyone else in the office besides her for me to talk to. When I asked for her name, she stayed silent and refused to tell me. She refused to help me out as a customer purchasing THEIR equipment. Said if I wanted a refund to send an email and hung up on me. I called back and wasn’t expecting for her to pick up bc of the “10 people” on hold. She answered right away by first yelling at me saying “ma’am I can’t provide you information. You are harassing a business I won’t provide me name or your information. I can’t help you” and hung up on me again. When again all I called for was for a manager name so that I could call back and speak to them about my order in 2 weeks. Which I couldn’t even get a name let alone my purchase status. If you can’t provide me with updates or contact information at that point i just know I am not getting it. I truly would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. You will not know when you would be receiving your order let alone deal with very unprofessional employee(s). If you’re looking for a refund- highly suggest making a claim with your bank.

    I ordered a full set of wheel covers in mid January 2022. Over a month went by without any, product, updated information or follow up.
    I called them, and was only told then that they were discontinued. Rather than refunding me, Lennie told me that they will keep searching and will fulfill the order as soon as they find a set.
    Every time I called or texted, she was very nice and told me that I can request a full refund at ANY time. Finally in June, I felt I waited long enough and requested a Full Refund. I did this by Calling and by Text. I never got a refund, even though Lennie answered the phone and told me that she would refund me. I even texted and received a reply from her, saying that my request was accepted.
    I followed up at least 3 additional times to request a refund. It is now August, almost 8 months after ordering, and almost 2 months after requesting a refund. Still No Refund! Still No Product!
    Bottom Line, service is sweet but lacks any follow-through or professionalism.
