They financed me a car that had issues. 3 weeks after buying the starter went out and the car is unable to start or move. I have contacted the car lot multiple times within 4 months to resolve the issue and nothing has been done they told me it is out of there hands. This is a vehicle. I currently make payments on monthly.

May 17,2023 I went to good guyz auto to have my coolant leak fixed. After 7.5 hours the owner reached out to me letting me know they fixed my coolant leak, oil change and replaced my oil valve cover due to a small leak in my oil. I got there to pick up my car and all of a sudden it’s got a check engine light on and misfiring codes popping up and had not done that prior to him getting my car in his shop. I complained and he said “I’ll have my mechanic retrace his steps” so I come back an hour later and surprise the codes were gone and so was the check engine light. 5 days after they claim to fix my coolant leak I was leaking coolant once again. $500 doesn’t the drain and they couldn’t even fix a small simple leak and didn’t replace my oil valve cover nor did he do an oil change on my car. I reached out to him via phone and he pretended he didn’t know who I was nor did he have and recollection until I said I paid on *****. He doesn’t even have receipts to prove he replaced anything on my car. The only thing that his mechanic did do was tighten my loose alternator and put some kind of foam into my coolant hose. This is absolutely unacceptable.

RECEIVED VIA PHONE BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:

The business has confirmed they did repairs on this consumer's vehicle. Months after the first repair, they were contacted by the consumer who stated they still had a leak. The business told the consumer it's probably from a different area as the vehicle is very old. They asked the consumer to bring the car back so they can look at it but the consumer declined. The business is not offering a refund at this time.
