      Do not work for this company. My experience as an employee working for ***** and **** was that I quit as I am able to do under the Ohio Law, and they refused me my last paycheck even after work shirts were turned in; using that as an excuse to withhold my pay. **** verbalized things in person and told ***** something different to save face, and it wasn't documented. Rules are different for different employees. I am currently working to acquire pay, and I will never work for a company that clocks their employees in (as there is no timekeeping system) again. ****** learned, but I am still owed for hours worked.

      ZERO STARS Brought my car to Ohio Autocare on *************************. for an oil change. My car takes 5.5 quarts of oil but they over filled it and put in 6.5 quarts. The service *** (I think his name is *****) insisted that it takes 6.5 qts. I showed him the owners manual and it says 5.5 for the v-6 which is in my car. He charged me for the extra oil. The oil dip-stick doesn't lie and showed 1 quart over full. He got attitude when I said for him to check for himself and refused. He told me I have to drive it. Now, I was a *** certified mechanic for 24 years and knew that is not true. You get an accurate dip-stick reading by starting and running car for about a minute. Makes one wonder what kind of lines he uses to customers that aren't car savvy. Also, the oil Filter was included with the oil change. I asked him specifically if the oil filter was ***laced and he answered yes. He lied because the oil filter was NOT ***laced! I know for a fact because I marked it before I brought it in.I do not recommend this place. Not only did they charge me for something I did not need, they charged me for a filter I did not get. Also they lie and have a rude attitude.
