      Moved from ******** to ********** in March of 2022, since there is no huntington branch location within 75 miles of me I stopped using the account. I am no longer able to access my online account because it has a 2 factor authentication that wants to send a code to a phone number I no longer have. I am unable to get a statement or account closing letter. I called and gave them all of my information including social security number and branch location I set my account up at, they refused to help me because I couldn't remember my old Michigan ID number.

      Every check hold is different from week to week on deposit no hold full release of funds same day, next deposit half hold half released last two deposits full holds for upto a week causing late fees and financial stress I am on disability and count on my checks being available and I dont have option of them being direct deposited because its a work injury

      Huntington bank stole money from me, I deposited into my account and released the joke on my check and then closed my account. The amount was $31,000

      On 10/24/24 my wife and I opened a joint checking account through **********************. Shortly thereafter, on 10/30/2024 we started regularly using the account. As of today 11/20/24 my wife was unable to login to her account. We called the bank as of this evening to find out why and suddenly the bank is closing our account with no reason given. We have our entire livelihood within this bank, and have already closed our other accounts as to not incur fees for them being inactive. With ************** closing our accounts with basically no notice and no reason they have made me unable to pay my mortgage or put food on my table.

      This is about the Huntington Bank on *********************************. On Thursday November 7th at approximately 8:15 pm i deposited $800 (40 20 dollar bills inside the atm. I always make a deposit of 40 bills since its the *** limit for the last year. Anyways the Atm while it was counting the money gave me a error sign saying their was a error and it was going to add my cash to the atm for safety reasons and not return my money. Then the system restarted which took a very long time and went out of service. I had visit the office 3 times now. The mananger admitted the the atm was over Friday morning and i dont know why i have not recieved my money back. This is a bank with cameras i have proof they also can very easily look at the cameras and see. I recorded videos. But this is very upsetting $800 is a lot of a atm there nights i cant sleep honestly. Almost two weeks now with no resolution.

      Two refunds were issued to me with similar amounts. Woman Within, a catalog store, issued $21.34 on October 31, 2024 so they claim. By November 15 I inquired where it was. (I am unable to upload the email response claiming Oct. 31 on BBB site. But I do have it.) It did not show on my account until I complained about its' absence to a banking representative over the phone. When the ** refund showed the * Haul refund amount of $21.52 visible on November 12 disappeared! I rented a * Haul truck on Nov 4. One of Huntington Bank's accounting staff has skimmed my account for ******** want my money back!

      I took out a car loan in September 2022. The car loan was taken out in the name of my business, ***********. My name is ******* *****. This matter involves the account number ending in 8201. I paid off the loan in its entirety on September 23, 2024. Huntington National Bank indicated to the three credit bureaus that I had two late payments. There is no dispute that every other payment was made on time. With respect to the two (2) payments that Huntington claims were 30 days late, those payments were timely made by using their phone system. I never made those payments with a live person on-line. I was told by a customer service representative from ********************** that, in each of the two (2) cases, they saw that I made a payment but that, for some reason, the payment did not go through their automated phone system. I would like these two negative entries on my credit report removed from the three (3) credit bureaus. My payment history is perfect and I have no other late payments with any other company for years.

      Hello my name is ****** ***, one of the legal guardians appointed by the courts for my aunt ***** *****. My concern is that Huntington Bank has been provided the Power of Attorney papers on several occasions since 2022. But since that time, Huntington Bank has failed to properly update the account and ********************** statement. I have the Legal Guardians papers as well. We are also attempting to get online access to Create a user name and password, However I am being told that they has never been a record for a Power of attorney and or legal Guardianship papers. The Power of Attorney papers and guardianship was provided too. to the Branch Manager ***** ********** ************ and mobile ************ fax, ************.Also the billing statements amounts have been wrong and I wanted for the account to be updated to reflect the approved modification, and reflect the Legal Guardians and Power of Attorney.

      I deposited my work check into my account at ********************** the teller never informed me that they would have to put a hold on my check the bank so when I called customer service they informed me they didnt know when the hold would be released I got an email stating that the hold was released but the bank didnt release my funds into my funds into my account I dont understand why my funds is not in my account if the hold was released
