      I would give them a zero if there was that option. The worst customer service. The lack of knowledge from customer service representatives along with supervisors. Closing all of my accounts that are affiliated with Comenity.

      This credit card was paid off in full in May of ************************************************************************* a minimum interest charge when there was not a balance - unacceptable. Then they proceeded to charge me additional late fees adding up because you they charged me interest on a card that had a zero balance. I have paid the account in full and am official closing this account. If I could give less than one star I would. I will never use Comenity and will advise anyone I know to avoid doing business with this fraudulent company.

      When I pulled my account to make my monthly payment, noticed my limit was decreased. Called to find out why, and they stated that I will be receiving a letter dated 08/01 stating that the increase was declined. Okay that is fine but why was my limit decreased. They couldn't tell me and a letter was never sent informing me of this change. I placed an order and it was processed but now I'm over my new limit and will be assessed additional fees due to being the new limit.

      Could not get ahold of them for my refund of 4800.00+.for the entire month of July Phone or computer system upgrades is what they claim. Always got hung up on when I did get an actual human. Finally request my acct closed and requested refund. Was told it would be a minimum of 21 days because refund was do large. What ********. Filing complaint with the comptroller with US ************* who regulates banks and credit cards

      The customer service is absolute garbage. I had a legal ne change so I called a few weeks ago to update my name. I could barely understand the customer service representative due to the call center being extremely loud and noisy. The told me they updated my name on my card and I would be receiving a new one in the mail. We'll, I got my new card today with my last name spelled wrong. I called to try to fix it today but after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, they told me I had to physically mail in my name change document. I have no issues with mailing in my name change information, but why would they ask for it now after already incorrectly putting it in the system and sending me a card with my last name misspelled? I've already had to wait weeks for them to send me a new card and now I have to wait even longer due to having to snail mail my information in. I'm extremely upset and I'm at a point where I want to completely cancel my card so I don't have to do deal with their terrible customer service ever again.

      Horrible horrible company. Paid off my Buckle Card and still waiting for them to report it to the credit bureau. Its been over 2 months. Only card we have that doesnt at least report once a month.

      Horrid customer service. They are rude, speak over you, and argue. They have no valid argument for how they hide fees on your account, and CONTINUE to charge service fees as well as interest to your account when there is a zero balance.

      I paid $3336.82 to Comenity from my e-bank ( *************** Credit Union) account for my Pottery Barn purchase. The check was cashed but didnt pay off my ****. I paid for the purchase twice! I want my money back! I have written several times, with no response. This is fraud! I have a copy of the check with the numbers on the back to say where it went. My name is *************************, ***********************************************************************************. My husband and I have a joint checking account. Unfortunately it had his name on the check. He is not on my Pottery Barn account. Please call anytime.

      Comenity Bank is one of the few banks to have a cutoff time on payments made same day. Its another opportunity for them to s**** over the consumer with a late fee. They have customer service available even after the cutoff time, yet you cant make a payment on time. Theyve found a way to s**** the consumer time and time again. A 5pm cutoff time a payment system thats been down for nearly a month at a time. The worst Ive yet to deal with. Hopefully, other banks learn from this and dont follow comenity banks poor policies.

      Terrible bank. **************** agents sound like theyre reading from a manual. LONG wait times. Every question requires you to be put on hold for 10 minutes. I had a dispute which surprise surprise was not resolved in my favor. The provisional credit was reversed and they charged me interest for the duration of the dispute. They could not not even waive the late fee. I am trying to utilize my points but their system is down. I am closing my account as soon as possible.
