      Worst credit card I have every owned. These people would charge you to think about using them if they could. There web services did not work, their automated system made incorrect statements and they wanted to charge me $9.00 to talk to a person. People, look to the right of this post where it says "Customer Review Rating". If ***** people (***** now) have only given them a 1.04 out of 5 rating, please do a public service and tell people not to use this credit service. Mine is an Express Card with Comenity Bank which is a subsidiary of **************** Do not give this bank or company your money or business. There needs to be consequences for these peoples actions.

      Recently discovered fraud on my account. Waited forever and was told that their fraud department was already looking into this - however no one contacted me or locked my card or took any measures to protect their customer. Was told I needed to talk to fraud department...so was transferred again. On hold almost an hour with no results yet. Finally got a decent human to help me - she was clearly the only person who cares about the customer at this bank. Once this is resolved I'll be closing my accounts and refuse to work with any store that uses comenity bank for their financing again.

      Stay away from Comenity Bank. They are terrible and have only caused me a lot of headaches. It started over 2 years ago when I bought furniture from Wayfair. Their interest was really high, but that one is on me as I accepted the terms. Getting in contact with them on the phone is almost impossible and they will hang up on you if they dont feel like helping you. At one point they gave me my first late payment on my credit report and they made it impossible to negotiate a resolution. Messing up my credit and not working with me at all to make it right. I decided to pay it all off and be done with it. And now one month later I see they are still charging me fees. Worse company ever! Please save yourself the trouble, they are thieves!

      They do not answer calls, emails or messages. They did not post a payment yet it cleared my bank. Now charging me interest on a **** I have paid, i am at my **** end and do not know where to turn. **************

      Have contacted them 5 times in the last 6 weeks to get some help regarding the ****** they charged me on two different occasions. I'm an 81 year old vet that they will not help out.Where do you go to get help from a horrible bank like this?

      I loved ******* *** card. But since Comenity took over it's been frustrating to get rewards right and trying to buy *** tickets with the card. **************** does nothing for you because they say they aren't Able to. Tried to talk to manager regarding issues and they are unavailable. Hopefully they get there s*** together soon!!

      In my history never have had such poor service on top of it , I closed my account spoke to a young man on May 28 , 2022, he assured me the account was closed . On March 4th, 2022 I went into a ******* make my final payment . I called the service center , I was told million different thins . I was told that I owe , in which I did not . On top of it I was told they do not record the calls. Which is a lie all call centers do. I am so appalled , I want to have this properly investigated and lawyers involve they are scammers. Each time I call , I am given different information and on top of it different amounts I owe? something is not right. Please help ! I am sending copies to my Attorney , plus plus copies to the *** AN President . Someone help **, we are being scammed . On top of it , they missed spelled my name .

      They were recently rebuilding their website, and I got behind on my Rue21 credit card, no big deal right? So I pay it in full the balance I owed, even tho it was two days late the interest fees hadnt popped up yet. I schedule the payment, and a week goes by, I get a voicemail from them on 8/5/22 saying I may have experienced hardships and to call them back. So I check my account, my payment got rejected from my debit card account! So not only did they charge me a $30 interest fee but they also got me for another $30, listed as: RETURNED CHECK. I dont even have a checking account with my credit union. Their website is slow, customer service is poor, only and Im surprised my workplace (Rue21) would partner with an establishment that is not functioning smoothly. Especially after reading all these other negative reviews, yikes!!!

      This Comenity Bank and Sportsman's Warehouse are scammers. They have you obtain the credit card falsely advertise 15% off of purchase and then show you it is hidden in fine print up to $50 *** after you spent $3000.00 expecting 15% off the total. Then they set your payments for a weird day like the 28th so you incur late payments. You can't change that date. I tried. You can't pay a late payment or the payment on Comenity and Sportsman's online payment website. They make you agree to terms before you can even make a payment.. You can't pay a late payment. I don't know what their angle is there yet. I hate these con artists. What can I do? They are scam artists and crooks. I've been contacting them and complaining after I was first conned. The justice department needs to go after them not the BBB. I'm contacting **** also.

      Comenity Bank is a terrible bank. They practice deceptive lending practices and have appalling customer service. I received a tuition loan from them with 12 months of interest waived. However, their monthly statements do not specify the terms of the agreement and encourage me to pay only a minimum (so that of course they can earn the 26% interest that will take effect after 12 months). Thanks goodness I have the other paperwork that explains the terms. Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE to register to pay online or to reach a customer service rep on the phone. This is my third attempt to reach someone or pay online. The website doesn't recognize my account #, and noone ever answers the phone. It's as if their sole purpose is to prevent people from paying on time so that they can earn as much interest as possible
