      Customer service sucks, I gave 1 star only because 0 is not an option!!!
      I never received a bill, but they charged me $30.00 late fee and $6.39 interest charges. Called twice and when I asked to speak to someone else (due to not understanding everything they were saying) I was hung up on. I was told to make a payment every month to avoid extra fees. Well making a payment every month will not avoid fees unless you pay in full and why would I do that when I hardly use my Buckle card.
      They would only take $15.00 off of late fee but they should have credited me $36.39; especially since the guy I talked to on the first call admitted they have been having issues getting the bills out.
      I do not recommend doing business with Comenity Bank due to poor customer service!!!!!

      This credit card company it’s totally untrustworthy and not honest with their customers! PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company as much as you can. They will offer you this credit card company at your Dental offices or some doctor offices. In case if you owe them a balance, they encourage you to apply with this card. They may get you under free six month interest but after six month they stick it to you as deferred interest that added up and you will owe them. I paid them off and closed my account. They never send you mail or email to disclose what they gonna charge you for. STAY AWAY!!!!!

      They have incredibly dirty tricks to charge you late fees. I made a payment with a debit card that isn’t attached to the bank account normally drafted from. The agent said it was fine, I asked specifically if the payment went through they said yes, 7 days later I get a message my payment is due and now late. I called and after being escalated to a supervisor told me that FIVE DAYS after I made the payment they decided to return the payment because the card wasn’t connected to my main account. And NEVER notified me. How is that legal? The supervisor was quite snippy at one point saying “personally I would NEVER use a card from a different account than normal to pay my credit card I mean that’s just not very smart”. So frustrating. The money was there. I paid it on time. They chose to return it almost a week later for no good reason other than to charge me a late fee.,

      Horrible horrible horrible customer service always have an attitude like they don’t like their job or something. Bad experience all the way around. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would. Absolutely horrible.

      Horrible company, so disappointed that Sephora uses them!! Paid my credit card off in full 3 days late and unknown to me was being charged late fees. I have been in the hospital after just being diagnosed with cancer and had no idea I racked up $62 in late fees, after calling customers service to hopefully get them waived and explained my situation I was met with no sympathy and complete rudeness from ****** on the phone, who refused to transfer me. I will never be using this card again

      BEWARE of this credit card issuer. I attempted to pay the statement on line the day I received it and it was accepted. Then I went a month later to use the card only to be blocked from using it. Contacted Customer Care as instructed on the sight and was told by the representative that it was returned for some reason, but he would note the account and I wouldn't be charged a late fee nor interest, since it was a Saturday afternoon and I couldn't contact my bank. Recontacted customer service on Monday and was told I would be issued a credit of 15.00 only but would have to pay the additional penalty and interest because the company never waives these fees. Apparently in the Customer Care area the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. The second representative couldn't (or wouldn't) give me the Bank President's name and address to contact, however did after repeated requests gave me a name and PO Box for the "General Manager" which are different than the business info listed on BBB site. Sorry I can't leave a 0 star rating.

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The left hand NEVER knows what the right hand is doing. They care absolutely nothing about people, instead only about getting money from them..

      I got the Toyota Visa Reward CC offered by this bank and it has been the worse experience. Login in to their website is very difficult, apparently they changed the login website and I couldn't make the payment so I was charged a fee, I was ok with that. But be aware they will sign you up with assure insurance and you will be billed monthly for something you didn't authorize. Tried to put a dispute on those charges and per their policy you can only dispute a charge within 60 days otherwise you loose the money according to their policy. This bank is not costumer friendly nor trustworthy in my opinion.

      Avoid at all costs. They'll create your account, but for the first active month they don't allow you to make a payment online - then they charge interest for that month. If you try to complain to them via their message center - you only get a response from an AI machine, and it's always the exact same wording. the same goes for their responses to any complaints on this BBB site. Every response is exactly the same.
      this company needs to be investigated, and a Class Action Lawsuit needs to be launched. This is Loan Sharking. In two months, I've paid $2,000 on a $15,000 loan for dental surgery, and I still owe them more than $14,000.

      My husband and I were trying to open a high yield savings account as a joint account. I was approved and sent it to him to apply. He was continuously denied and the company was unable to provide any explanation. After 4 failed application attempts I went to close the account, because we opted to move to a competitor, and I was limited in the amount I could withdrawal. I have been met with a blockade at every turn when trying to self service or manage this account. Having to call in and constantly escalate calls to get anything done or any answers.
