Horrible customer service with zero grace period. Paid off my balance in full two days late and get gouged with another 40 dollar fee. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Big o tire should find someone different. This is what you get when outsource your customer service to 3rd world countries that don't care.

Liars and crooks. I paid my balance off on 12/31/2024. They charged me multiple late fees over the next 5 months. Each month I called and was given the runaround. I was told that it was taken care of just to get another charge and then charged interest on the late fees. I will never use this company again.

Bread savings is run by a bunch of crooked liars.
I opened the savings account there and I’m trying to transfer money but they keep holding my money and they don’t transferred in time even after they promised me tomorrow they would transfer it. It’s still sitting in my account and I can’t use it..

Credit sucks sucks. I received a payment for 346.18, paid by a check. Check was lost in the mail, so received another payment for 390.22, paid the full amount on 4/26/24 and then closed the account. I received another payment after the account was closed for an additional 32.41 for a returned check.
How is that even possible to receive a check after the account was already closed??????

If there were zero stars that’s what they would get. I paid this account off in February. Unbeknownst to me they charged me 4.16 in interest the following month because they “compound their interest daily.” I did not know I owed them 4.16. Interestingly enough the statements that I have been receiving on line suddenly went to spam. I was not looking for a statement because I paid the account in full. I have never been charged interest the following month on an account paid in full by any other institution. Each month the amount due increased and I still wouldn’t know except for receiving notification from ******** that my credit score dropped 55 points because of a past due account. Comenity Bank’s solution was to credit $15 late fee but I still had to pay $32 to get this taken care of. I am waiting to see if they keep their word and have this removed from my credit report. What a scam.

This financial institution is the most shady and corrupt place I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with.I bought a bed from *** **** and opened account with Comentity to get 6 months interest free.Right from the start they were charging me interest so I called bank to find out why since promotion was supposed to be interest free for 6 months. They informed me that purchase did not qualify for the promotion and would have speak with *** **** to rectify.Well *** **** had no answers of course so I just decided to pay off as soon as possible for I did not have the time or patience to try to correct this as I got attitude straight away from customer service at Comentity.Well paid balance down to $30 and no late payments but last payment did not go thru when paying by phone but was not informed until statement came and was hit with returned check fee(which is crazy since I paid by wire transfer from checking by phone. And a $30 late fee.So to my dismay bill was over $90 when $30 was all of remaining balance.I called and argued that they are duoble dipping on late charges and will only pay $30 late fee and existing $30 of balance. So of course they rudely said they will not remove other charge. So I said im paying $60 and not a penny more.Sent payment and now still getting statements with balance up to$282.This is ludicris and I refuse to pay that and told them do whatever you want for I am NOT PAYING YOU ANYMORE AND SERVICE GUY HUNG UP.So thats the k8ind of sketchy institution they are and no wonder they have pending lawsuits. So buyer beware NEVER do bisiness with this bank. They are corrupt.Period

In 2016, I got a Dell credit account. 2022, Comenity Capital Bank takes over Dell pay, and alerts customers that new account numbers would be required to access their payments. I never receive my account number, they switched everything in February of 2023. I've spoken with dell multiple times, could never get my account unless it was though the postal service. This Company has had multiple cases of "holding customers' accounts hostage". As of right now I am being asked to pay an entire year of payments in 3 months with money I don't have, for their negligence. Neither Comenity nor Dell has been helpful in this entire thing. This company has many complaints, negative reviews and lawsuits in the past few years.

I was traveling, when I received an emailed invoice from Dell Marketing for the renewal of my ****** subscription. I paid the invoice directly to Dell Marketing. I missed that the invoice had a zero balance - do not pay. It wasn't until I returned from my trip, and I received a statement from Comenity Bank. (I thought with the prepayment to Dell Financial, before the cutover, the account was closed.) I have been trying to work with Comenity to reverse the charge to Dell, I have asked Comenity for assistance to work with Dell to have my funds transferred to the charge account. Comenity told me it was my problem, I owed them the money. I will not pay a 2nd time for something I've already paid for. Worst decision Dell could have made, partnering with Comenity Bank. Terrible lack of customer service. Terrible planning on the cutover between DellPay Finance and Comenity Dell Pay. There should have been something in place for misdirected payments. Dell should be ashamed that they haven't forwarded the funds, reversed the charges or refunded my direct payment. Comenity has reported me to the credit bureaus for non payment. The refuse to acknowledge my supporting documents showing the payment made as per the invoice received. The call me weekly to collect a debit.

One of the shadiest bank out there. I called in yesterday to cancel my upcoming autopay payment that was supposed to come out later that day. When I talked to someone they said they cancel the payment and rescheduled for the 28th. Now a day later I see they took my money out and when I called back they said they have no recollection of canceling the scheduled payment that was supposed to come out yesterday. Unacceptable and as soon I’m done paying them off I’m going to cancel them for good. Do not trust anything they say to you

I recently applied for a personal loan to cover major dental work. This bank turned down my application in part because my house is paid off.
The very idea that I do not owe anybody any money for the roof over my head, except the tax district, seems negative to this bank. While they may have turned me down anyway, I find their opinion on people who actually own their homes to be peculiar, to say the least.
