      I have this account with Children place for a long time. For the first time ever my auto pay was processed and it was returned due (error) on Comenity part. I was told by the supervisor, it I because your bank account is closed. The bank account was used in the previous months for auto pay just fine. I had processed a payment on 5/8 with same bank account that was accepted just fine. The return check fee was waived twice but the late fee was not. There was glitch on Comenity and they hit the customer with late charge. I find it very suspicious that if return fee was reversed twice then it was problem on the Comenity's end. This is ridiculous. I was credit the intrest charge. No one can explain to me why my payment didn't go through when the bank account has been used in the past and was used again to payoff the late fee. This is scam for them to waive $15 of the $30. TAKE THE WHOLE THING OFF. IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER FAULT THAT YOU MESSED UP. $15 x 1000 of customer, the bank is making money off its customers. It is sad to say that I CLOSED this CC. Good-luck scamming other customers.

      I can't register my card online..they keep saying i need to wait for credit card statement..which is over 2o days away.
      They wentbfrim a nine number cc to a 16 number card..but all the cards are 9 numbers.
      Customer service is a joke..no help whatsoever..all i heard was babies crying in the background.

      This is a horrible institution with even worse customer service. I paid my credit card off in November. I chose the option to pay full balance. I did not realize that it is not up to date as far as if I was due on the 12th but paid on the 22nd. That amount didn’t reflect $13 of interest due so they have charged me $71 in late fees for $13 interest. When I explained I thought I paid in full and I don’t receive paper statements the lady said listen to yourself and what you said “you thought”. I paid what they could work out today but was told there will still be another fee assessed. I will never open an account that is connected with this bank again!! I hope one day the regulatory agencies step in!

      This “bank” represents that they will approve retail lines of credit instantly and then has a 10 day delay before you even get an answer. How is that possible for online retail? Shame on Dell for using this sham of a bank.

      This bank doesn’t deserve to even Exist in financial markets/Businesses. Never ?? ever do Business with this bank, I applied credit card ,and asked how I’ll pay the cashier said you will receive card and statement . Ok good deal, I never received credit card or statements Bcz the address was wrong, I called & tell them I purchased product and I wanna pay off but I’ve not received any statement/credit cards, they rectified my address and said it’s only 3 days from due date , and since you are a new customer we’ll waive the late fees, that’s what I asked for too Bcz I’ve no idea what is payment due date, or billing cycle. I paid off the amount I used, after couple of weeks I started getting late fees letter , fine on on top of fine and late fees, I called and asked why it’s like this I would like to talk to manager, they said CEO of the company will can’t help you out you have to pay everything. I’m not going to pay a single penny Bcz the bank didn’t send me statement/credit cards. Now days every day calling me 3/4 times, why didn’t call me to check a new customer received the statement/credit card or not .where’s your bank ?? responsibility. I am a loyal customer that’s why I called and paid off , the amount of money I used even though I’ve no financial statement. And I closed my bank account, never used their credit card even, only first time purchase with a barcode on the receipt ??. It’s a. CRAP bank , total fraud. It should be closed.

      I usually don’t give a one star to a business. I was a loyal customer with Comenity Bank. I was having an issue with my Toyota card from Comenity Bank. The issue was with the online account. When you log on you have two option to receive the code from text or email. I wanted text option. So I called the customer service representative on the phone and the representative put me on hold then I got disconnected. The second time I called I was put on hold got disconnected. The third time I called I told the representative how long should I wait was waiting for 30 minutes no one would give me a straight answer. They decided to block my number the reason was being unprofessional. I never experienced anything like this before.

      This bank is terrible. I make timely payments, usually pay the full amount on the card. Yet, my credit limit was reduced by 60%. Customer service is a joke. They wrote that they got a report on my me and decided to lower my credit limit. To the best of my knowledge, they can’t access my credit score without my permission.

      rudest customer service ever! dont even have an account with them and never will. called to report fraudulent activity according to my credit report that was posted but was very short, rude and unhelpful. stating she couldnt find it.
