      This company is full of it crap. They’re not here to help the customers in any way, shape or form they’re crooks and trying to steal your money and drop your credit score. I just paid off my card got a congratulations letter and then they close my account which dropped my credit score and then they told me they don’t have to notify me that they’re closing it, so why did you send me the bull crap letter saying congratulations when my credit score was going to be dropped because you close the Account. I called Victoria’s Secret. They say call community they’ll reopen it call community. They said we cannot reopen it you can reapply. Why would I do that! You messed up my credit once why would I allow y’all to do it again?

      ****DO NOT FALL INTO THIS COMPANY'S TRAP****
      Worst company ever. they keep charging interest on original purchased amount date, even if you only have $200.00 remaining to pay upon no interest promo expired. their rep advised me to pay the balance and they will work on the interest charged, even though it was only 2 days after the statement was closed because I missed the promo expiration date, they come back weeks after denying to adjust the interest charged and threatening they will continue to charge interest based on original purchase amount if the interest balance is not paid in full by statement closing date.

      Like many others have reported they said my payment failed at bank. This is hogwash my bank has no attempt at payment submitted. Did not honor the promotion promised at store. Hit me up on a class action.

      This is the most ****** up company I have ever done business with. They have processed checks for more than they were written for they will steal as much money from you as they can, I am thinking about going to my Congressman to file a complaint with the Federal Department of Commerce they are committing bank fraud! Since you won't let me leave less than a 1 star review it should actually be a negative number review minus 5 stars, I will leave a 1 star.

      My AAA credit card was initially with a large financial institution. I should have seen the red flags once they sold my card to Comenity. We have had several bad experiences. First, when you dispute a charge, you are unable to speak directly to the dispute area. Written correspondence is the only way to communicate. When calling customer service they are unable to provide information on the status of dispute. We followed all requirements for disputing a charge. However, it was impossible to communicate with the merchant verbally or in writing. We expected Comenity to be an advocate in helping us resolve our issue but instead we only received form letters telling us to do what we had already done. Ultimately, there was no resolution and we are stuck with the charge. Second, the process for redeeming earned points into a checking account was difficult and tedious. Lastly, we recently received a letter indicating our account was closed. When calling customer service we were told the account was still open and the letter was sent in error.

      Yall suck. Do not treat customers fair. Errors made which i did not do and I never missed a payment and never late with any. I got covid and called to let them know to chart my account that I would be 10 days late with payment due to me having to buy medicine out of pocket and them folks canceled my academy credit card. I did not do this cancelation cause I use it throughout the year for purchases and for Christmas. Always been happy with them until now. I have been so mad. They can make excuses and not fix the mistakes so we customers get the bad end of the deal. Messing up my credit score now and the ones that answer the phones don't understand English language too good. So miscommunication can cause someone a whole lot of problems. They need to fix the mess. Not a happy customer and have been since 2021.

      Be aware of this Bank very aware they do not honor or follow any of their contract as in issuing hard cards or sending invoices then they violate federal law by calling and discussing your account with people that is not even on the account be very very aware this is a crooked very crooked Bank

      Monotone voices and lie to you.
      Closed my account due to fraud
      No problem
      Problem is lie about when card should come
      Suppose to be expedited but here I sit 4 days still no card
      May have to cancel card after on being open a few months ago.
      Find another card
      I'll most likely cancel!

      Due to the email for my statement going into my spam folder after I converted to online payments and electronic statements, I missed a payment. They sent a letter that gave instructions to go to a specific website. When I went to the website and put in my information, the error message said account not found, so I called the number that was given. I tried to use the automated system, but it could not recognize numbers that I keyed in or stated. The system transferred me to a person. One of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. She said that my account number was not my credit card number and are only on my paper statements and that I had to go to the website to see my statements (she said electronic statements were not sent unless you asked for them). I did confirm that I should be getting emails with the statements, so we will see. I do admit that I do not use my JCrew card that often, but I did find an old statement and the credit card number is the account number. In addition, I said something about I use to get emails with my information and she said, “Quit living in the past.” Poorest customer call center person I have ever had, I hung up and found another way to pay.

      Terrible Service. Someone applied for a credit card at an Ulta and used my information. This bank confirmed that they received an application but they would not produce any documentation that I could use to report it to the police. They actually told me I would have to wait for a letter that showed they blocked the application, which is not the same thing anyway. So, even though I know exactly what time and where the fraud occurred, without the proof of an application I can't do anything at all about it. Time is of the essence, and waiting for a letter that the police can't use anyway is no way to help stop this person. I just needed a document saying that they received an application with my own information on it and there was nothing they would do to help.
