Terrible bank, don't ever do business here. Save yourself the headaches and they will mess up your credit with their pathetic customer service, often even illegal/shady practices.

They took over my AAA BofA card. I only use this card for gas because of the 5% cash back. Their website is impossible to sign onto. Every month it tells me I have the wrong password! Then I have to go through every step of inputting my entire account number and SS number to get in! They do send out emails warning that a payment is due...if you click the link from there...it signs right in. Using the same stupid password they told me didn't work 3 times!! They don't even have an APP where we can see our balance or make a payment. Is this the 80's? What kind of bank has no APP? I am so over them!!!!

      This is a terrible bank.
When the Academy asked me if I want to get a 20 dollar credit if I opened a charge card for a purchase, I agreed not knowing that this company is a scam company.
This company should not be operating out of any state.
Look at this rating. Out of 435 customers it has a 1.08 customer satisfaction rating out of 5.

Dishonest and unaccountable. Delayed sending payment information, I was finally able to set up a plan with the rep per the terms to ensure avoiding any interest or penalties, which they later dragged out and denied. Held my excellent credit score ransom with their deceptive tactics. Horrible experience!
Neither Comenity Bank nor Kay Jewelers will ever see another dime from me.

      Stay away!! FAR AWAY!
I will restrain myself from all I have been put through.
Not worth a small savings while purchasing in Ulta.

We financed hearing aids for my husband through Comenity Healthiplan. It has been a nightmare from the start. First our payments paid directly through our bank didn’t arrive on time to make the due dates. They take weeks to process. So we started making payments a month in advance to offset this. We made 2 payments in December, one for December and one on 12/29 for the January payment due 1/27. By their calculations both were posted as December payments and we were considered overdue. The 12/29 payment needed to be received within a 3 day window to be considered the January payment. How am I supposed to time my bank to hit a 3 day window? I have finally signed up for auto payment through their website which seems to be the only way to satisfy them. I didn’t want to do this because I don’t want them to have access to my bank account. If this doesn’t work, I’ll file with the BBB. On top of it all, the hearing aids aren’t even helping!

Worst customer service. Bank account i used for payments got closed for fraud(someone stole our info), I attempted to stop payment ahead of time. Was ensured no fees would be charged for return fee. Now I have to mail them proof my account was closed for fraud and not insufficient funds, it'll take up to 8 weeks to review, in the mean time I'm responsible for the fee and any late fees if I don't pay it. I'm sure I'll never see the money back.

My rating is ‘0’!!! Comenity Capital Health is terrible!!! Although we have always mailed payments (usually 2 weeks ahead of ‘due date’), they literally called to harass me for payment every single month!! They apparently have a messed up system of receiving and posting payments (not my problem!!)! After over 15 months of having to deal with them, I took a loan out at my local back to pay off the balance. It took Comenity almost 3 weeks to finally ‘find’, and apply the payment! During this time, they have added late charges & interest fees!!! I have been receiving harassing phone calls for 4 months to date, in their attempt to collect said fees!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Again, ZERO rating!!!

Comenity Bank is the worst company ever , I do not know who trained their staff but they are very rude and do not know how to talk to people . They call you nonstop and have the nerve to leave you threatening voice messages . Advising you to have your attorney contact them immediately. First off how can you continue to keep adding interest on top of interest. I have no issue paying them but they will not get all that interest they keep adding . And I do not take kindly to threats, I don’t care who you are , I will not be threatened ( period) . Those rude representatives act like they don’t owe anyone !!!! I’m sure you have bills due as well … let’s stop with all the threats and maybe you will get somewhere . Don’t be telling people you advise them to have your lawyer contact them immediately ???? . I advise you not to call people and threaten them . Right now you are harassing me .
