      I received care from an OB at the clinic in may I was told that I'd have to pay $300 over the course of 6 months. I paid for the first month but discontinued care with them. I was informed that I was going to get a refund in July. As of today I still have yet to receive my refund. I've called their billing department multiple times and whenever I do I'm told their billing manager is unavailable or left for the day or is out sick no matter what time of day I call. I spoke to an office manager who said they were having delays with their post office. But upon checking with the post office nothing was mailed out. I've asked for them to reissue a new check but I was told they'd have to confirm with the billing manager who would get back to me. As of today she has yet to get back to me

      The Billing Manager spoke to this patient verbally AND through the patient
      portal on 8-26-22 that once her insurance claims had cleared, a refund
      check was sent on 7-25-22 to the address on file. It was explained and an
      apology made that there had been a 2 week delay with the processing but
      that it had been sent. It was also discovered when she spoke to the Office
      Manager on 8-23-22 that SHE had never updated her address with our office
      and therefore the check was mailed to the address that had been on file.
      She should contact the post office to make sure her mail is being forwarded
      as no mail has been returned to our office. Since she only told us about
      the address change on 8-23-22 we are not responsible for any delay the post
      office may have in forwarding her mail. After 30 days of her notice of
      address change and possible lost check we can stop payment and reissue the
      check if necessary. We believe this issue was handled promptly and
      correctly and we strive for excellence in our communication with our
      patients. If she doesn't receive her mail by 9-20-22 she may contact us for
      a reissue of her check.
