      Absolutely do NOT recommend this location . Terrible service, and the staff clearly does not care about parents needs. They refuse to assist with the ******* portal, which is supposed to help parents manage healthcare efficiently. Initially, they claimed they could send forms through MyChart (which Ive successfully used before), yet now they say they cantcompletely contradicting previous experiences.From day one, the service has been awful. Calling them is a struggle, and when you visit in person, 90% of the staff is too busy socializing instead of helping patients. When you approach them, they give you dirty looks, as if youre inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. Sorry for expecting basic professionalism.This isnt an issue at other locationsonly this one. Every other facility Ive visited has been kind and helpful. ********************* Center (************************************************) should not even be considered part of a nationwide network with service this bad.Had no choice but to transfer the service to another provider which **** due to the fact that other locations have been very kind and helpful.
