Well this Dealership has been amazing to work with BUT **** has NOT. I bought a brand new car from here and the staff have tried everything in there power to help me but my car has a very load grinding when you back up. It wakes up my neighbors. Yes it is that bad. I had a 2020 of the same exact vehicle. A **** Escape. I traded it in becasue its bumper to bumper coverage was almost up and i wanted to get a ********** mile warranty which i did in hopes that i wouldn't have to mess with buying again. At least for awhile. So i bought the warranty. I talked to the service department and manager. They have had my car in several times. They had to change breaks routers and need tires all before my original ********* miles which my 2020 never had a problem. I made a lemon law claim and they denied it. i have been in several times. They keep telling me they know there is a problem and they cant fix it. Like i have said the dealership has been great, i have even spoke with the general manager and he was kind enough to give me a rental while they were trying to figure out my situation. I ************** will fix this. I will definitely buy again from Valley Ford of Columbus. becasue they have all tried so hard to help me and be kind even when i have been frustrated. Thank you ******** *******

Terrible service, dont keep there word. Outrageous to get ahold of and none of them keep there word. Tired of trying to be the only one to reach out when waiting for calls back and just overall a joke. Seemed good at first but ended up being just like every other crooked dealership

I was in a rush to buy a car after the ins company said I had to return the rental car in 5 days. Valley kept showing me cars they "thought" they could get to work with my payment and credit score. I finally agreed on one. They told me they would be in touch when the paperwork was ready, They called and said they have to re-sign a contract with the bank. That ate up 4 days. On the 5th day they told me they could no longer get the vehicle financed. They showed me a similar vehicle that I bought. Started having problems right away. I told the dealer that sold it all my complaints and was told to bring it in. I bought the vehicle on the 6/14/2023. The vehicle was dropped back off to them on the 6/19 for inspection. I called and left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. I finally went into Valley for answers on 6/29. They told they have been waiting for my authorization to go ahead with the transmission repair. I never got a call. They had me wait until I could talk Jack. He finally called and said that I do not owe this, they are trying to figure out a solution. In July I told them to use my extended warranty if needed. They said they had to wait 30 days from the purchase date for it to be active. 30 days would have been 7/14. I called 7/31 for an update. I was told they had just spoke with the warranty company and sending an inspector. 8/1 I was told the warranty company was covering it and the transmission would be in within 7 days. 8/16 they still have no transmission and just now checking into it. Finally received the part 8/25, and work was finally completed 9/5. 3 months hassle for an issue they should have never sold me a car with. One of the associates even told me I should be happy they are providing me with a rental. Turns out, on 12/22 I found out that it now needs it's third transmission since I have bought it less than 7 months ago. STAY AWAY from Valley.

Absolute horrible customer service, no follow up in service department when our truck was left, service desk operator gave us incorrect information and did not follow thru. This is one of the absolute worst experiences with a Ford service department we had experienced. Keim was amazing and the overall experience we had was horrible. Did they even offer to make it right ? No! We asked for the Service Dept Manager to call
Us three times and did not receive one call. We Will never return or recommend them.

Valley Ford of Columbus, formally known as Roush Ford, sold us a 2019 Ford Escape this past July. Being young adults and new to this experience, we were so happy when we found this car. We drove it off the lot and instantly we noticed a difference in the way it was driving. There was a sound coming from somewhere, and we could feel a slight vibration in the gas pedal. We figured it was nothing, because it was off the lot of a certified Ford dealership. Not even two weeks later, we take the car back to Ford. The battery light had come on. We mentioned to them the sound we heard and the shake we felt. Which had now gotten worse. They tell us they did a multi-point inspection and every box they had was checked green.
We were thankful, and left with our car. We noticed that the car was still making the sound, and shaking. So, we called the dealership again. They told us that they could not get us in until the next week. At this point, it had been a few days over a month since we bought the car and slightly over the time frame of our warranty. We dropped our car off and we have not driven it since. It has been over 20 weeks without a car, after they told us it would take 9-12 weeks to get our car back. Throughout the past four months Valley Ford has not reached out to us with any information on our Escape, unless we have called them first. We have called so many times, and about 50% of those calls send us to voicemail.
We have called any department we can think of (sales, parts, maintenance, management, Ford Motor Company’s main customer service line, one of the owner’s), and none of these calls led us to any answers. After dealing with this company, it is safe to say we will not be buying another car from Valley Ford of Columbus or any other Ford Motor Company in the future. We recommend you avoid purchasing a car with this dealership.

I had a front axle repaired at Rousch ford. We picked the car up and not even 10 miles down the road I hear this awful dragging noise. I pull over and they didn’t install the skid plate back on correctly and they left the aero cover off. I’m on the side of the road on a Sunday with my 14 month old while it’s below freezing. 80 miles from home. ( I was visiting my dad at OSU Wexner when the car broke down). My husband has to tie the skid plate with a PHONE CHARGER. Come Monday we are told to contact ***** ****** the service manager we left multiple voicemails after a week of not hearing anything back we are told to contact the general manager *****. We finally hear from him and he tells us he will get back to us to figure out a solution it has been two weeks now and we have not heard back.

We initially had an issue with incorrect mileage indicated on their on line advertisements. What was stated in the advertisement was not what was stated on the sales paperwork (a discrepancy of almost **** miles). We requested modest price considerations to resolve the issue, but the dealer refused to budge. therefore the sale had fallen through. We contacted sales management and voiced our concern, especially the fact the advertised mileage which appeared to fall under the category of deceptive advertising. The next day management contacted us and we worked out an amicable agreement. and purchased the vehicle. All of the employees at Roush were patient and helpful, and the contacted us as needed. When purchasing a vehicle mistakes can be made in the process buy both parties. However, I was pleased that Roush was willing to work things out with us, too many dealerships today simply don't care, especially when it comes to used vehicle purchases. We were satisfied with the outcome
