      The worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They intentionally have siloed departments with offshore customer service associates with zero access to information that can help you resolve your issues. You cant speak to anyone that can help, nor chat with anyone that can help. Im still waiting on a refund where I was charged twice.

      Horrible payment setup for refunds and returns. I canceled a order from ********** cause they couldn't fulfill the whole order and I used Klarna to pay for it and now they won't refund the money until they hear back from ******* after showing proof it was being refunded and said to for me to contact ******* and have them send info to Klarna so they can issue a refund back for what I paid and didn't get not one item and ******* now said there was a problem with sending back the payment and now have to wait 2 to 3 business days to hear back or call and see what is going on as I lose out on ***** dollars how ****** can a company get. Send me the money I paid to Klarna and Klarna waits to get their money back from the merchant not the customer wait on days to a month to get to back their money. Not a nice way of doing business and no one to call just email and chat on the app.

      I have no outstanding debt with this company however in trying to utilize their services for a **** order it was denied. The reason is I have outstanding past due balances. I literally have nothing due until November. The agent told me their isnt any Managers, he could not advise me of their escalation process. He kept telling me I had to wait Three (3) for an incorrect hold to be removed . He didnt know why the hold was there and them told me that my denial is because I paid off balances due in October early.

      They robbed me. Was only giving a $9.54 partial payment when I paid over $28 for a dog bed I am a senior citizen and my money is budgeted and they literally ripped me off and kept the lying to me this has been going on for 2 months now they kept the lying to me said they were going to send me an email this is horrible company

      Useless Custimer Service.Klarna constantly goes in for double payments when they are not authorized to do so! Use any other method other than Klarna. No one ever gets back to you regarding the issue either.

      Provided proof that ******* did not provide me all the parts for product that I ordered and ******* wanted me to pay an additional $90 to get something I already paid for and purchased. When I refuse to be cheated out of money by ******* I contacted Klarna and the proof I provided they totally ignored and decided with ******* so now I have a product I can't use and also can't return since the dispute took longer than the return period. now I owe ******* almost $400 and I have no product to show for it.

      Klarna is so backwards in their thinking. Apparently, if you had multiple accounts over the years with klarna and everything has been paid in full and on time, just one day out of the blue they decide to run a credit check. Even though you never applied for a loan they did it without my knowledge. It doesn't matter how good your standing is with them they will take your purchase power away after doing a unauthorized credit check They will say " it's just a soft check" I DON'T CARE YOU Didn't HAVE A REASON TO DO IT. I HAVE NO BALANCE OWED. I wasn't applying for anything. I haven't used this account for months. It's actually illegal to do this and it's called shared data. Another company shared information with klarna so they did a unauthorized check. Your trying to build credit and you gain trust with this company and make every payment and pay everything off over a years time only to get punished. What a lousy mission you have. Absolutely, makes zero sense and if you did that on everyone you wouldn't have any customers. Instead you randomly run ********************** checks without the person knowing. Your so messed up. Lose your customers. I don't need it anyway . It was just a convenience but if my commitment to you buy being a great customer doesn't mean anything .. your just using bad business practices.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!! AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, ZIP, AFFIRM, AND PAPAL ARE ALL BETTER!!! i used the Klarna monthly plan to purchase a hotel room while on vacation. I only booked 1 room and checked into 1 room. Klarna made 2 separate transactions as if i got 2 rooms when i did not. I reached out to them, sent all information that they requested and still was charged double every month. They did suspend payments, but they were resumed and my refund for the extra charge was denied. I sent them my bank statement showing the double charge and i also sent in the invoice from the website showing i only booked and checked into 1 room. They still denied my request even with all the proof i had. I will NEVER use klarna again. I REPEAT AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, ZIP, AFFIRM, AND PAPAL ARE ALL BETTER!!!

      KLARNA WILL ROB YOU??????????? I made a purchase at ******** and then made a return because I didn't need the item. ******* the refunded the money but Klarna continued to take the payments out for it. Even though it showed that ******* refunded it. I used the same card for over 2 years. Like a physical card, not the one time use card. It showed some kind of error on their end saying they couldn't find the original payment method that's was used for the purchase. I did a dispute where they wanted my to give evidence for something they already evidence for. They paused payments and now resume them. The payment was for $43. They got their $43 payment back from ******* and they will now get another $43 when my payment plan is done. I will not be using them after they finish robbing me for the extra $43. I've moved to after pay

      Im not sure what this company even is but it charged me 35 dollars and then the customer service agent (*********) refused to take it off. He had me on the chat for 2 hours and still didn't resolve my problem.
