      This really needs a Complaint filed!!!! Klarna states online they are available 24/7. H*** NO!! CLOSED!!!!! The only way to reach them is to INSTALL their app or Create an account to use their chat. NOT AVAILABLE EITHER!!!! I am trying to make a purchase while the cost is discounted greatly for 1 day on Temu!!!!! I have tried to set up 4 interest-free payments through Klarna. I cannot complete the transaction because my phone has been stolen and using my spare phone. I need to input my spare phone number & remove the stolen phone # SO THEIR VERIFICATION TEXT GOES TO MY CURRENT PHONE # AND MY EMAIL (NOT TO MY STOLEN PHONE)!!!! I CANNOT COMPLETE MY ORDER online because a verification message keeps popping up to send a text verification to my stolen phone ALSO WHEN CREATING NEW ACCOUNT. I updated my phone number in ****; however, my ******* account needs to be updated with my alternate phone number, removing my stolen phone #. I CANNOT COMPLETE MY ORDER WITH TEMU because ******* 24/7 service is not open. I DO NOT WANT THE COST OF ITEM TO GO BACK UP FORCING ME TO PAY MORE!!!!! EVEN WHEN I TRY TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ********************, it still wants to send a text verification to my stolen phone. There is no way out of this PREVENTING ME FROM COMPLETING MY TEMU PURCHASE. THIS MAKES ME VERY ANGRY!!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE TO HELP SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

      Mostly, I am satisfied with this company. However, they lack transparency in details of transactions, and it is difficult to discern exactly what charges my payments are going toward. Also, I have yet to figure out how to speak with anyone in customer service over the telephone. They try to handle everything through chat, which is frustrating.

      Klarna has once again kept all of the money from my one time card even though I didn't use the entire thing. This was AFTER showing proof with my bank account that they used it all according to their payment plan. This is THREE times in a row. There is no way to speak to a human and their customer support doesn't work half the time. I have tried to work with this company with their promises that the money will be returned within 5-7 business days, but you guessed it, it never showed up in my account. I highly discourage people from putting their money in Klarnas hands.

      Do not even get started using this company. They extend purchasing power to you and after you use multiple times pay your balance on time, you pay your balance almost down and boom they now what to do a hard credit check to see if your good to extend credit. My advice is stay away another DEEP STATE company STAY AWAY READ THE OTHER REVIEWS WISH I HAD!!!!!!!!!

      Never refunded my money. Scammed me after repeated calls and messages and told me they would escalate but never did . They need to be investigated and shut down. They are thieves and scam artists. They refuse to send any written communication stating a refund and just dont follow through. They are a completely fraudulent and illegal business.

      Never refunded my money. Never received item . Need refund. I have submitted several documents on numerous occasions and klarna will not fix my account.

      Horrible customer service or support! I used ********************** to purchase and item. The merchant email me and to me he did not have it in stock. I went back in forth with the merchant , he showed me another item similar and I told him I did not want it . The next day the Merchant was dragging hes feet telling me to look into n the website to see if I wanted something else . And offered a store credit to use online. I told him I want my refund because I didnt see anything on the website I wanted ok . So I have not heard anything from him. I contacted Klarna through the customer support online and when through the process of answering the questions . I canceled my order and the asked for proof . I sent a screenshot of the back and forth conversation clearly the merchant was dragging his feet and did not want to cancel the order . So Klarna told me they cannot cancel the order I have to contact the merchant ! REALLY ! I had to put a stop payment on the future payments its ridiculous I will never do business with Klarna again

      So this company on two different occasions have charged me even though I sent them proof informing them that I either never received the order or it was never put in on my part. When was Whole Foods one was ****** for the Amazon one? They just cut my deadline to present proof by seven days Ive been trying to get a hold of them. Theyre rejecting my calls, I went through Instagram. They gave me a phone number that will not take inbound calls. Hes telling me to send a letter through mail which they will not respond to. I sent them messages between me and the ****** *** saying you an order never went through and they just closed my case and refused to open it or look at my emails. Im sending. The one before was Whole Foods. It was *************************************************************************************************************************************** default like $150 because they refuse to give me my money back that I never spent

      Purchasing with Klarna is easy until you need customer support. I attempted to purchase with Klarna and during checkout everything looked fine. About an hour later I realized i did not recieve an email confirmation. My payments were broken down to 4 payments of $600. I checked my Klarna acct and it said I owed 0, I checked my debit card and the initial $600 was withdrawn; however, I have no confirmation from Klarna or the retailer on the product I purchased. The problem is I can't get a hold of Klarna to figure out what the problem is and how I go about getting my money back.

      I have had the WORST customer service and overall experience with them, after using them for years. They added a purchase for $119 to my purchase that I did not order. I called them multiple times, even adding Amazon reps on the line who confirmed that the item was not purchased. They escalated my case at least 4 times after I called and went through the same story, and each time they ask the same questions as if this was a new concern. I took my card info off file, because I'm not paying them. But, now I'm going to be impacted. I do plan to dispute anything they put on my credit. But, something as simple as having their escalation team call me would have resolved this and I could be a continued user. Do not trust this site with your money.
