      I had paid off my debt with klarna and all of a sudden they have added debt. I believe they work with affirm some type of way. But klarna keep adding items to my account. I keep getting a AI representative.

      Klarna do NOT refund money. I've been calling for 3 months regarding a refund. They refuse to give it to me. I've tried to send in multiple receipts but nobody will open them

      I made a purchase from ****** using their app. I returned the item to the store and Klarna has refused to reimburse me for it. I have made several attempts to contact both regarding the issue no resolution other than Klarna keeping my money. Steer clear from them, there are no live agents to assist,it's AI. There is no way of knowing who is using our personal data. I was recently charged for another purchase at a ********* I've never been too.

      I placed a order and canceled it the same day and sent them a copy of my order cancel and they wanted **** I tried 6 times and still I ended up paying for something I never received ***** these people dont even care about there customers I did my part and they still want ed **** I need my money back

      I bought an iPhone 12 from straight talk using Klarna, however I was never provided a confirmation number for my number, I never received my order. Yet Klarna expects me to pay on my order. Theyre useless customer service and support team. They dont care about people, only themselves.

      Klarna has taken payments from my account. The authorized hold was taken off only for Klarna to put the hold BACK on and then say I have to wait 1-7 business days. Why you already have the money? This is an ongoing problem that they refuse to fix.

      I placed an order where they requested an upfront amount be paid, I submitted the request and looked like an error, so I resubmitted it. Klarna placed two holds on funds from my bank account and declined the order to go through. When I spoke with them the representative stated I have to wait for the hold to be released by the bank and Klarna did not do anything wrong or created this issue. They said it was the merchant and the bank, but Klarna was requesting the initial funds and that was the amount withheld. They were not helpful and made sure to place the blame on anyone else but their process.

      I have deal with Klarna for some years now this recently in April I purchased a machine through Amazon. There was a third-party that was involved when I received my machine and I looked on Klarna. Klarna had a different machine with a higher price stating that I received I had opened up ************************************************************************************************************************************************* invoices from the third-party vendor and Amazon. I have sent this to Klarna several times. They continue to take the incorrect payments out of my account after unpause in the account during the investigation investigation only last until my next payment is due and then they will withdraw from my checking, which is fraudulent because it is for a machine that I have not received that I did not order again. I have sent the invoices several times and Klarna has not done anything about it. There is not a manager that I can speak with , all the customer service representatives keep joint is opening up a complaint. Nothing has been resolved since April 21 please help.

      If I can put no stars I would, this business is a dam shame and they scheme their way into your wallets. I reported a problem to them about a purchase that was made using the wrong card through their system. The purchase was put on hold and investigated. I was told by the investigator at the time that simply let the "due payment day" pass and it will not be charged. It came and went and I resolved the problem, months later debt collection is emailing me about the failed payment that Klarna says "We paid for this purchase".

      I got charged for services and items I didnt recognized at all. I even got text to confirm pins for the purchase and I didnt texted back at all but guess what ? The purchase went thru and Klarna stated the purchase is legit even under all the circumstances . How scary is that ? The culprit knew the phone number associated with my account and ********************** made a decision after they said they investigated in less than a day !!! It might be an inside job . Very sad and disappointing. Very unsafe. Scary!
