      There was an item that I ordered I never did receive it they charge me for it and never did get it and I file a police report sent them to them and they still are trying to get money from me I just want to clear my record with them that I never did get the product and I did get the police report from the police department

      Be aware of Klarna! An agent named ***** just used my personal Information and committed Fraud! Do NOT use Klarna , they are scammers and be really careful

      DO NOT USE KLARNA. I have almost 700 dollars in purchasing power and only owe 50 before I'm all caught up and I can't even use Klarna due to some bs automated reason about my credit history with them (my payments have been on time, so I don't understand). I tried to get help on this and of course, their customer service was no help at all. Klarna needs to make clear on what's their criteria on what the customer can do to be able to continue to use their service, even if you're all caught up on payments and have the purchase power to make purchases. I will no longer support using Klarna for anything. I'll just pay outright (best) or use ********, although I can't imagine that being any better.

      The company ALWAYS claims to not have any supervisors available! The website clearly states they have phone customer service but only offer chat support. I have reached out to them more than least 4 times about the same issue and each time there's a different answer, "there is no manager available, Give it 72 hours to correct itself" which never happens. It has been a month and there is no resolution in site. The level of customer service for Klarna is atrocious, and shouldn't be doing business in America if they cant meet out customer service standards.

      I have been using Klarna since 2021 with no problem until last January when I purchased a Coat for my husband at the ********* ****** store using Klarna. We went to the **** ****** store a few minutes later and he saw a coat there he liked better, so I purchased that using Klarna as well. I went back into the ********* store and returned the coat I bought from them. I was given a return receipt. A week later, I was being charged for the ********* coat. I contacted Klarna and they paused payments while they investigated. After the investigation, they it wasn’t resolved. They had me send proof of the return, contact ********* and get an email from them and still continued to charge me for a coat I did not have. I figured out on my own that they cancelled the **** coat which I had and was less money, but not the ********* coat. I brought it to their attention and still had to go through hoops for months for them to realize their mistake. They did not fix it, but somehow reasoned their mistake. I am still being charged for the coat and now they added a late fee. I am very displeased and still trying to get them to fix this mistake!

      Klarna is cumbersome to use and horribly unreasonable. I updated my debit card number in good faith before any payments were late. The process to update the payment on the order was obtuse, and they turned my account over to a debt collector without trying to resolve it. I will never use Klarna again.

      Terrible terrible company to do business with. My items didn’t all arrive, and according to Klarna policies, until all items arrive I wouldn’t be charged. I contacted them to report the issue of an item not arriving but I’m being charged for it and I am the one to have to reach out to the merchant, **** ***, about it. I did and in the Klarna dispute resolutions I provided the email correspondence that showed **** *** staying I never revived said item due to it being out of stock. The item was $21.99. Klarna still refuses to cancel this order and is demanding I pay for it. Something I do not have,m and will not receive. Poor way to do business.

      My last payment was supposed to be pulled on the 23rd and that's what the text said to expect. It was pulled the day before and caused my account to overdraft when I needed the money at the time for food and gas. I talked to customer "support" and they were rude and one even hung up on me. There is no accountability for this company. And once they get their money, they don't care about anything. I would never recommend!!!

      They fraudulently took 2 payments out at the same time. When I contacted them, they said it is just pending and will fall off in 7 days. But now I have 8 dollars in my account and no gas money. They did not care. Do not use this company. They will take money out when not supposed to and does not care how it affects you.
