      I never received an item from a merchant and Klarna still charged me! They are full of it. I never filed a claim before! The item was only $79. Numerous orders before this with no issues, costing much more, yet I never had an issue until now! I will never use them again after thus and I am going to dispute the charge with my banking institution!!!

      This company will continue to charge your account even if you don’t receive any product. This Klarna has been changing my credit card $299.00 twice a day every month, even after I disputed the false charge . I don’t Ben get my new card from the bank and they charged my account again TWICE. This company is a total RIP OFF don’t do it!
      They promote fake company’s so you never get the product, then you cannot contact them so you are screwed. DO JOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

      Oder never came, shop closed up, and no way to contact. Paid over $120 to place the order. Kept my money and keep trying to make me pay the balance. But wait!!! This has been going on since December 2023z. They have TWICE emailed stating I am getting a full refund but then (without authorization or notifying me much less explain wtf) they continue to attempt to draft my bank account. In one day they imagined up the same fake charge and twice drafted my account for the same bs then refunded one of the charges. Even the purchase information on their site is completely incorrect.
      To make things even worse on my part this is the second time they have done this exact thing over a missing order. I’m an idiot so I wanted to warn others. Make sure you’re fine with throwing your money away because the odds aren’t in your favor when it comes to getting your order or getting a refund.
      Please go elsewhere like ********, ******, shop… anyone but klarna

      Klarna is horrible ! Do not use they are scammers and don’t actually help you and it’s a waste of time to open a claim , use another company ! Do not use Klarna !! All they are after is your money , not to actually protect the customer when we don’t receive our items .

      Took money out acct,after item returned.I bought some sneakers thru Klarna from ******* ******* I returned the shoes the day after I recieved them.The shoes were 135.00.I made 1 payment of 33.00 which the store returned to me.But Klarna decided to keep deducting money from my Bank acct in the amount of 167.00..So now im out of 167.00 and have no shoes..So I feel they stole my money.Be careful when shopping with this company.They had the nerve to say I overpaid.When in all actuality they. Kept deducting my money after item was returned..They even have it on file.So beware,Klarna horrible way to learn a lesson.

      Approved me after making me verify my identity. Then went to make a purchase. It didn't go through but Klarna charged me. Now they are giving me the rub around on my money. This company is a scam. Use ***..

      Klarna is a whole scam they don’t stand behind anything but will take your money and charge you and will never help with my dispute and blame the other company pure trash I’ve been going back and forward with them for 2 years.about a refund and a double charge no resolve but they sent it to a debt collector please stay away from them

      I like Klarna. Except I made a purchase at ******* on April fifth. They over charged me. I have tried multiple times to get my money refunded but I keep getting the run around. Saying wait 10 days I did still no refund. Then reach out to the merchant which I did. They said Klarna was over charging me the total I see on Walmart was my actual total.. I tried again with klarna told them I have screenshots of my total with the date order number and card used but they said maybe reach out to the bank .. im like this is ridiculous! So beware of you make a purchase but don't use the amount of the one time card you may not get your money back .

      I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Read all the BBB reviews here, this company has the WORST customer service. I just wanted to speak to someone about my account that had a $0 balance and yet when I went to make a new purchase I was told no availability until I spoke with customer service. Well guess what? It's impossible to connect with anyone. The chat feature tells you "An agent will be with you in less than a minute." After waiting 12 minutes and sending messages of "hello" "is anyone there" you get a "timed out" note. No one ever responds. EVER. There's no customer service number to reach out to. No one responds to emails.
      What a horrible horrible way to treat customers.

      I was happy with Klarna INC until I ordered a product that I was dissatisfied with I got the run around for months I couldn't get the place that purchase from to give me the return address to return the product months of trying to get them to send the information to return the item back only to find out that it came from China I did send it back to China had to pay $28 to send it back Than was sent information that I needed to pay some taxes This I still don't understand I have talked to them and Klarna Inc every time I talk to Klarna I always get a new person and nothing is being done I have even asked the place I purchased the item from to please tell me what I need to send to seld this and be done so AT THIS POINT THIS THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT PLUS HAVE KEPT MY MONEY Klarna the last time I talked to them told me me that they had greyed me out I ask what that meant and was told they are not going to do anything else
