      Klarna is a big joke. You purchase something pay it off in the time frame they give you. After you pay things off they up your purchase power… then never allow you to use it. It’s pretty ridiculous. Contacting customer service is NO HELP AT ALL. They have no answers as to why your purchases are not going through. They are TRAINED to say it a credit thing, which I know is a lie bc my credit it fine along with my credit with Klarna. I currently owe nothing and my purchases are Will not go through. I’m disgusted.

      Horrible service. App doesn't work properly. Ignored repeatedly. Charged for for things they couldn't process properly.

      Do Not chose Klarna. They are the worse of all of the pay 4 that I have used. I was given a purchase power of $1700 when I opened this account. I have used it ess than 10x and paid off 7 accounts on time. When I looked at my purchase power the week of Dec 5th my purchase power was around $1350. I placed 3 purchases of approx &480. When I tried to use it on 12/11 for $120. It declined a purchase stating I had zero purchase power. I called their customer service to inquire and they stated " I don't understand why either since you have paid on time. I guess it's something that Klarna is doing. It doesn't state anything on their contract or disclaimer about decreasing your purpose power. That is false representation of what their company states is a available to their customers. I have several pay 4 and has never had any problems with any purchases. This company needs to be looked into what they're stating in their contract vs what they are doing outside of the contract. If customers are aware of their true policy then they can make an informed decision to open an account. Definitely not a good company

      while the idea seems nice it can be quite problematic. made a purchase and later learned one of the items was no longer available.. it was cancelled, yet klarna continued to charge as though i had recieved it. even after confirming, and being told by representatives my next payment was paused, they without warning then withdrew an additional $81.75 from my debit account. such actions can be disputed with your bank, but it doesn't matter the money is gone..

      I made a return at ****** ****** on September 24th for a purchase of $200. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!!! I showed my receipt in which I made the return and still was told to go to store to confirm. Sure enough everything was good on ****** end. After talking to several representatives and managers, Klarna realized they made the return on the wrong Klarna card!! They keep giving me the same answer that they are looking into it and they keep asking for proof of my return and gave it to them several times and they still are holding my money!!!! This company has horrible customer service and management!! They make the mistake and I still have to wait???!!! They refuse to take this seriously!!! This is very frustrating and feel like I am getting nowhere!!!

      Not be able to spend anywhere near the same amount of money Klarna is terrible. Your purchase power doesn’t matter it’s basically a suggestion.

      I ordered 2 things and both of my packages were stolen with a fake ups number. 1 seller did give me a refund, but I had to jump through hoops. The second is a ****** order still under investigation. UPS was no help. They basically shrugged at me. Klarna customer service won't help either. They ignore the fact that you say their system has fraud happening. Go to the store in person.

      Klarna or Klama is a deceptive credit card fraud (a ******* *** that operates all over the world) and preys on customers who purchase from **** ***** stores. It infiltrated ****** accounts. It advertises shop now, pay later in 4 installments. I ordered 2 items and was charged only for one item and didn't include the second one. The 2 payments were taken out of my own credit card and deposited in their own Klarna acct. I asked customer service why it was doing that. TJ of Klarna said because I gave them access to my credit card. The last payment will on 1/6/2023, my due date is 12/26/22. I'll be left with the interest to pay my own credit card. I closed my account with Klarna 12/1/22 but it's still open. I also closed my account with my credit card. Klarna asked me to pay the balance of my purchase. He said I have to pay it because my account remains open and interest will accumulate. Although they're not going to pay the rest of my purchase anymore (since my account with the credit card is closed) it's imperative for Klarna to close my account with them as well. U.S. companies are more receptive to complaints and will go out of their way to accommodate buyers. As I read other complaints - Klarna never acknowledges fraud and wrongdoing. Klarna operates only by customer service on the internet via their Apps. I do not want to be a part of their Apps after this experience. Also, Klarna will not do anything to cancel the credit card they have on file. You are obligated to do your own follow-up. Klarna will get their money in whatever means Klarna can! Beware customers of Klarna! BBB should inform their main office in ******. Please check on the internet for their address and phone number. Do this favor for us so the CEO/owner will know re deceptive advertising practices the company is doing. Their customer service is also deceptive and unapologetic to what they are doing to buyers, ****************************** should not let them operate in *****************! Star rating is Zero!

      They do not process Results properly and keep letting you pay for items you have already returned ! I returned two items since October and it is now December and the issue has not been resolved!
