      Wouldnt recommend Klarna to anyone, used it few times, have a **** spending limit, try using it again & my purchase was declined, I have both bank account link to Klarna, was never late on a payment, paid off before due date the few times I use Klarna, now Klarna stating my credit history, is why I got declined, when I have nothing on my credit report I have a 790 credit score.I close the account will never use them again, Ill stick to ********

      I attempted to purchase a product then the company ended up having a defected item , cancel the order for refund with ******** sent correspondence to dispute team they still trying to make me pay for a PRODUCT I HAVENT RECEIVED AND EVEN IN MESSAGES CONFIRMED IT WAS CANCELLED FOR REFUND BY MERCHANT AND I DIDNT GET PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTED NEVER SHIPPED

      I use to love Klarna used it for years, always paid it on time, and used it every year at Christmas (thats how my boys got presents) I had a $1400 purchase power limit, now it has went down to $200!?!? Thats ridiculous! What am I going to buy for $200??? Klarna just lost me as a customer & more will follow!!! Hopefully they go out of business!

      I just used Klarna this past weekend to make purchases for Christmas and I had more to spend and tried to make a purchase and it declined me my purchase talking about due to my credit history and I contacted customer service and saying the system does that and they cannot change it and I paid all my payments on time this is not fair if Ive been using Klarna and all of a sudden they dont approve my purchase

      Awful! Bank Clerk ***** unable to open pdf files and read, least of all do an actual payment reconciliation- When *********** changed from orange payment slips to QR codes, Klarna saw the chance to duplicate customer open items doubling their accounts receivables. AVOID KLARNA

      This company has horrible customer service. They told me to speak to a supervisor about a technical issue on their site, I would have to leave the chat window open for 6 days. They have no way to talk to anyone about technical issues on their site. Their site was unable to communicate with my bank. I went to AFFIRM and was able to set up account with no problem. save your time and just go with AFFIRM instead.

      Quite frankly Im getting to my breaking point with game ads associated with klarna and at this point all I want is for klarnas game ads to be removed and an apology from them for harassing me with their game ads.

      I used Klarna. I paid off more than $1,000 In products. I give them a low rating. I had many items paid for at ******* and ***************, but I didnt receive the products at Curbside. I had to complain at both places. I had one item not received at Target, but Target helped me resolve the payment correction with Klarna. Yeah for Target customer relation team. ********************** drop my spending ************** to zero, when I complain it changed to $150, but I was decline for every purchase. Then I contacted Klarna to delete my account. My ************** was increases to $200 but I wasnt approved for any purchase that were less than $100. The information to close my account was not possible. I didnt have the icon displayed as instructed by the chat. I went again to delete my account but I was blocked. It messages error. Ive deleted from my phone.

      I wouldnt recommend a flea to use this service. They are auto drafting peoples payment 3 days before their due date. Once the due date comes and auto draft fails they request full payment for the remaining loan amount or they will send to collections. But they can give you a 90 day pause to raise the remaining funds? This is not good business.
