      Purchase power dropped by $1,100 since yesterday. No reason for it. After searching in ******* this is happening to a lot of customers. Unacceptable.

      A+ BBB rating? HOW??? I have made a couple of purchases with Klarna within the last couple of days and weeks and that went smoothly. I tried another purchase today and was declined. I was very confused and used the chat feature to find out why. They representative had no answers except to say it's my credit history. I said that since my last couple of purchases with Klarna which were very recent, nothing in my credit history has changed whatsoever and all of my Klarna payments are on time. The website also says I have over $500 dollars "purchase power" left. ****, the representative, just kept saying that he understands this is frustrating, he's a buyer too, etc., etc. I told him that wasn't the point and please give me a definitive answer or put a supervisor on. Neither happened. He could not offer an explanation that made sense and he told me that a supervisor would contact me in 24 hours. If I was just declined that would be one thing. Unfortunately, however, they put the initial payment on hold at my bank. **** told me that is their practice, to place the funds on hold and then if you are declined they release them. They should not be doing that. They need to find out first if you are declined or approved and then take the money out of your account, not the other way around. Then he told me I would have to wait a week for the funds to be released by my bank. They tried to blame the bank for that timeframe which is ridiculous. It is Klarna's fault for taking the money out in the first place. They have no business whatsoever doing that. It should be illegal. It is not their money unless they are placing the order for the client. Also, the agents just read from a script and don't offer anything in the way of a real explanation. ********************* Please don't do business with them, I don't care if they have an A+ rating here. They have very bad business practices.

      I wouldnt recommend to anyone you get approved for a high spending limited and you make a purchase on something make your payment when they are due to even pay your remaining balance up front.try make another purchase for them to deny you and you can have a higher amount they give you to spend they not going allow you to make a future purchase ?? ????

      Was denied purchase because I needed bank verification but I can even find my federal credit union and they wont help me. Got told to try again in 24hr

      DO NOT USE I ordered from chic me did not receive all my items which i told them several times and because they received a fraudulent proof of delivery they are siding with chic me and now imb about to be scammed out of my money forn items i never received....BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE KLARNA FOR PURCHASES

      Fk Klarna!! I've made several purchases, ALL paid on time and most of the time early every since I've used them! Then all of a sudden I only have 200 dollars of purchase power???? I've made purchases for over **************************************************************************************** to purchase anything! I'm not fkg w Klarna anymore after I finish the few payments I have and I would recommend using Afterpay if available.

      I have had absolutely no problem with Klarna. Been with them for 2 years. I have always gotten a good response from customer service using the chat method through the app. I just recently had a hardship with my income and had several diffrent payments that I could not extend out any later. I sent them a message and I told them I would not have any income for 2 weeks and they extend all my payment out for me even though I had all ready done it several times. Also was only chatting with them for 5 minutes and it was all taken care of. I dont understand some of these bad reviews when this company is giving you the opportunity to make purchases and only pay a quarter of it at time of purchase and in 3 payments afterwards and doesn't charge you any interest. And then after not being able to make the payments extends it out for you without any questions or late fees. I love this company. Thank you

      Absolutely disgusted. I had made a Klarna Account; however had never purchased anything. Someone had hacked my account and entered their own details including shipping address and their own credit cards and used my social security number. This is an ONGOING issue for ALMOST 2 YEARS. This eventually went to collections and they HAD ME call the collections agency, to which the collections agency had some of my information they were sending to the other persons address. I had to settle everything with the collections agency and give them details about me that they didn't even have on file in order for them to cancel the collections. The collection agent was nice enough to inform me that they put in a COMPLANT to Klarna, however Klarna has not done anything to resolve the issue. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES and receive the same song and dance. They tell me that i'm to receive a call back within 6 days however they never have a "manager". The account still says negative and if my credit score is effected by this, i'm going to be even more frustrated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I tried to Purchase a train ticket Using Klarna.I had a high limit and they declined my purchase for a train ticket. Then they lowered my purchase amount. I purchased something else and they lowered it again so what are they doing? I think they are so deceptive and they are very very very uncooperative. I am so sorry that they will do all of these things to people because its just it looks like they just dont care they dont want customers unless youre spending spending spending with them.

      BEWARE: ************ falsely advertises and is nothing but a rip-off. I was offered $75 off an item at time of purchase, if I used Klarna to pay, and it was for first time users only, which I was. The discount didn't get applied and I paid full price for the item, then Klarna tells me that I have to take it up with the company whose item I purchased. I spoke with that company and it was not something they were responsible for since Klarna was the one who offered the discount. Klarna ********************* is useless as I have received nothing but getting run around answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
