      I've made 4 purchases with Klarna. All executed perfectly. They raised my limit to $750. Tried to make a purchase for $400. It was declined. They claimed it exceeded my purchase limit. Their guidelines page states limit is based on payment and use history with them. It did approve the transaction if I paid over 50% up front. Ok...but isn't this why people use Klarna? Figures...just in time for the holiday season! I guess Klarna rewards loyal, pay-on-time, repeat customers by treating them poorly. Thanks for the help Klarna.

      the worst company in the world!!! Do not trust this company. Refunds are not returned to you. I have been in a case with them for more than 2 months, I sent them letters from my bank showing that they did not return my money and no one responds! do not use this company is a scam

      I loved Klarna and then I hate Klarna. There is no way that customer service can help me with my issue. My debit card was stolen and I updated my new card. Now Im screwed and have 0 purchase power because of there s***** app. It says its on autopay but its not automatically paying like it should. So now it looks like I wasnt paying my bill on time. They need to get an app like affirm. Nobody can help even if its No fault of your own. They need to get it together. *** purchased a lot of stuff through them and always payed. This is crap!

      This business is HORRIBLE!! They are impossible to contact by any method. You get canned responses to emails, and if you can actually find the **************** number, they say they cannot help. I made a purchase through Klarna, returned the item, but Klarna refuses to believe me and are taking money out of my account. I wouldnt even give them one star. They are scammers.

      I changed my number so I was just trying to get my information updated. I followed the instructions process uploading my DL/Passport. I attempted to do this a couple of times to no avail so I decided to call customer service. The first time I called I reached a gentleman that acted as if he couldnt hear me. He then goes on to tell me that he has to verify my identity through email. So basically me uploading my picture ID wasnt enough, odd but okay lets do what needs to be done. The phone disconnected with no call back or anything to assure the discrepancy was taken care of. I called back a second time to customer service and reached a woman who immediately seemed to have a attitude towards life. She was one of the most rude customer service representatives Ive ever dealt with. I asked her was she okay because she was displaying a lot anger in her tone. She then replied to me Ummm, yeah good bye! Ive never had any issues with them before but clearly as Ive read more into this company they obviously dont care about customers or their businesses they represent. *** and **** however you are if you dont like your job just find another profession at this point. You guys should really have someone monitoring these calls. Hopefully Klarna will find a better way to ensure that customers are treated properly.

      I've had a bad experience as well. I'm writing this review because I'm confused not because I'm bitter. When my credit was not desirable, was making less money, etc., Klarna allowed me to make purchases. Now that I've improved credit, gotten pay increases to where I earn $160K/annually, etc., they reduced my credit limit and declined me for a $700 purchase. This makes absolutely no sense. They stated the reason for the decline was credit history....lmbo!!! So, I didn't realize that they really used credit history as mine was very bad some time ago; yet, they still approved me. I was trying to purchase a washer, as I just moved. I would've paid cash for the washer but my moving expenses were $7K, so I thought I would try Klarna since my history with them on the app shows "in great standing" and I keep getting alerts to come and make a purchase; yet, I get declined for a $700!!!! ...but they approved me in the past (with bad credit) for a $1300+ purchase that was paid back on-time. I think they need to review their policies and practices. I will also say that this is so non-American how these lenders will not give credit, especially after what everyone went through from the pandemic, inflation, etc. I don't know what else to think about this situation - you lend to me when I didn't have an attractive profile, but now that things have improved, you won't lend to me. Is this a case where Klarna helps people when they're down in hopes they will not pay and this will be another blemish on their credit???? Hmmm!!!

      I paid an order in full and the last installment has been taken from my account. Its completed, not pending. The app keeps saying my payment failed and they will reattempt on another day. Ive talked to 7 different reps and I got 7 different answers. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me that it would *********** days! My app keeps updating the day they want to try to withdraw my money even though the order is paid in full. They refuse to listen to me, one rep went as far as to say do you know how an app works!!! They dont care that they are trying to steal money. Theyve assured me that I will be refunded when they do charge me. Not if, WHEN! It should not take days to speak to a manager.

      Am I the only one here who was charged by klarna without purchase? On Oct 2022 I was charged the amount of $71.26 I was in shock. I immediately checked my klarna account and see what this charge was all about and I see nothing. I chat and called different agents but nobody can answer the details. Finally after 5 days of reporting this incident, I got an email from klarna service specialist saying Based on the information provided, the charge in question was unable to be located in our systems. I understand that this is frustrating for you but unfortunately if we don't find the charge in our system we are unable to assist you further. understand that this is frustrating for you but unfortunately if we don't find the charge in our system we are unable to assist you further. We advise that you check with anyone that *** have access to your card, that *** have made a one time payment with it on their Klarna account. If this was not the case, we suggest contacting your financial institution for further assistance. You will be able to dispute the charge with your bank and we will work with them to refund you those funds if the charge is found to be inappropriately used.How come somebody might used my car as I dint have family here in US. I dont wanna argue anymore and let my bank handle this case. I file dispute already.

      They keep trying to charge me for $500 for something I returned 5 months ago! They keep saying that the store never gave them the money back and I have sent them proves of the refund confirmation to their card!!!! I have spoken to 3 different Agents already about this and they always use the same templates and I had to give them all the information all over again 3 times!!! They dont even read chat history l!! This is the worse company ever and they deserve to be taken down!!! they are thieves!!!!
