      The Commons of Knoxville has started price gouging their existing tenants. Rent is currently $660/month. They just sent a renewal lease for 2024/2025 school year and raised the rent to $1450/month!! Absolute crooks. They are also requiring a decision in 48 hours or that rate is no longer valid! They are asking college kids to pay over $1400/month for a run down apartment. Shameful

      Manny issues!! Worst is no internet or extremely slow all the time. Many complaints filed and the property does not respond. The provider they use I never heard of and they can’t solve this ongoing issue. So you can’t work, is f your a student forget it. You can’t watch a movie, etc. They allow other people to live there that are non residents, so this jacks up the shared utilities. They had an arson attack which they sent us an email about but still refuse to put cameras in. Trash everywhere. People live like animals. AC issues. Missing packages. And they raised the rent will all of this.

      A decent living experience except for slowness addressing maintenance issues. The one star rating is due to their handling of the damage deposit and move-out. Damage deposit of $650 was withheld and an additional $700 charged for cleaning and damages. After multiple contacts with the office we have still not received documentation of exactly what the charges of $1350 are for. The place was spotless when we moved out (cleaner than when we moved in), and we can't fathom what would add up to $1350 in damages; but they won't provide us that information after multiple requests. Leads me to think the charges aren't legitimate.

      They do not even deserve a 1 star. EXCESSIVE crime at Harper House in Dublin. My tires and rims were stolen (along with many other cars) on an ongoing basis, my car was set on fire (watch 10TV news) and we were robbed. They will not let us out of our lease (or even work out an agreement) even though we feel unsafe.
      No security,, "locked" facility has broken doors, maintenance men start working there before they receive their background check. Do not rent from this company! Terrible!

      *********** wont return deposit that is owed. Sent statement 8/28/22 that full deposit was being returned. Multiple calls, emails and even received a return call that they were looking into it. Its now 10/14/22. Disappointing that a decent living experience is ruined by bad business. Ill see them in court!

      An absolutely horrific experience with this company in ******** ****. They have a pest control problem that they have failed to resolve in over a month. Additionally, the trash chute has become blocked multiple times in less than a month. Trash is backed up beyond the 9th floor. Additionally, car was broken into in one of their parking garages. **************** was contacted multiple times without insect problem being resolved for a period of over 3 weeks. As of this writing problem has still not been resolved.

      I was a co signer for my friend and he cleaned thoroughly before he moved out, but got charged $25 for remove "1 Bag of Trash", $110Full Paint 1/2 Charge, and $95 for "Left the apartment dirty"; the total was $230

      This apartment complex has owed and not returned to us our deposit. My daughter's rental ended at the end of July. An employee inspected the apartment that day and said that the apartment would send us our whole deposit amount at the end of August. As of today, 9-12-22, we have not received our monies. I called the apartment twice for an answer but the employee there could not provide a status of the return of monies. That person would not give me a the phone number or email to the person or office responsible for the return of monies and said that they would email the person responsible and give me a status; no luck. This business has my money and have not returned it to me. This business has not shown any respect to how an any respectable business owner should handle the return of monies that isn't theirs.

      I have never been treated so poorly by a management team. The staff are not trained well and provide misinformation that their bosses love to deny. Any questions are answered, 'sure no problem' by the front desk but then nothing happens. The managers do not respond to your request so nothing gets done. They nickel and dime you to death with ridiculous fees. The staff is pleasant but has no authority. The managers do not respond and the regional manager is rude and unaccommodating. This is a far cry from luxury. Sterling ****** and Coastal Ridge Real Estate Partners LLC should be ashamed.
