      I wanted to send my great grandaughter I Can Read instead of Number Practice Reading. Still not sure if this has been accomplished.

      Customer service is very prompt and helpful. I didn't realize my renewal came up, and my daughter hasn't been reading her books, so we decided to take a break. They refunded me quickly and were very polite. Love this company!

      ***** was very helpful. My grandson did not receive his order, she let me know it was not processed. Now I need to see if I was billed. Disappointed because I received a receipt for the billing, but no magazine. Thank you ***** for your assistance.

      Aside from the fact I ordered on Feb 16, 2024. On March 18, 2024 I reached out using email to check status, (quick reply) was told that my niece would get her 1st magazine by end of April. Today is April 29th, 2024, no magazine, so I reached out via live chat (quick reply) was told that I should have put "in care of" vs my nieces name. That sometimes that causes delivery troubles. Rep I had (*****) said there's no tracking. She was kind to add my sister's name as "in care of". she said she has requested it be re-issued. take another 2-3 weeks.
      Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact I had great experience as a child 40 years ago; receiving this magazine, I would have requested a refund and been quicker to give a bad review! I really do hope that my niece gets to experience the joy I use to get.

      Hi, June. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Providing a world class customer experience is our top priority and I apologize that it wasn’t demonstrated to you. After reviewing our records, it shows your Highlights subscription was scheduled to arrive starting with the April 2024 issue and nothing has been returned back to us as undeliverable. A replacement for missed issues was mailed on April 29, 2024, which should arrive within 2-3 weeks. For the inconvenience, we added two complimentary issues to your subscription, so it will now expire May 2025. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. I have a sent a response to your personal email address regarding this concern.
