      Was supposed to receive a monthly issue but didn’t. When I messaged the system I wasn’t even issued an apology for the gaps in issues. I’ll pass on any future issues

      Not impressed. Weeks later and I still have no magazine. Also, highlights has stopped responding to any e mails so I can’t even get a refund when trying to cancel.

      Hi Ms. Katherine! Thank you for sharing your feedback. Providing a world class customer experience is our top priority and I apologize that it wasn’t demonstrated to you. Our records show a 6-month subscription to Brain Play was successfully processed on January 16, 2024. The first issue should have arrived within 4-6 weeks from order date starting with the March 2024 issue. A replacement for missed issue was mailed March 11th and nothing has been returned as undeliverable. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have a sent a response to your personal email address regarding this concern.

      My chat with ***** went well. I cannot place the order online for whatever reason, despite the fact that I've placed 3 other orders online with HFC. She told me to either call customer service or email my order information to them. So that's what I've done. We'll see how it goes.
