      ***** at **************** was very quick to respond to my email request to cancel the subscription for the young grandchildren. (The parents said the kids were not ready yet for the magazine.) She was kind to suggest that they receive the last two issues and then let the subscription expire.I am grateful that she did that, and again, appreciate the prompt reply. I hope I can find something suitable for the little kids at a later date.***** G

      your website doesn't permit me to change my subscription as my grandkids grow up. Or if it does, it doesn't make it easy or apparent. and I AM tech savvy....

      I had to change my two subscriptions to two other children with two new addresses - I live chatted with ***** and she was able to locate all the info and move both subscriptions to the two new children in a couple of minutes. Awesome ******************

      I saw two automatic renewal charges pending on my credit card which I wasn't aware of. Highlights said they sent an email, but my search in all folders including spam/trash didn't show any email from them. On a LiveChat, Highlights quickly canceled the renewals and processed refunds. All in under 5 minutes, all I had to do was provide the email address under which I originally subscribed.

      I ordered highlights for my grandson, I am 55 years old and enjoyed them myself as a child. They never arrived, I reached out and a wonderful lady named **** helped me with the problem and assured me that the issues should start arriving within 4 weeks.
