      I wrote to customer service about receiving duplicate books and they asked me to reply with some information and I did, now a week later I still haven't seen any resolution.

      As always, they have some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen from any organization. Whether you are calling them or texting-which is what I did-you will get a representative who knows how to ask the right questions and solve your issue quickly but efficiently. Other companies would do well to model their customer service after them. TOP SHELF!

      After several attempts magazines have still not been received in almost 9 months
