Excellent service and response. Their installation crew was professional and worked diligently. The installers communicated very well with us so we had the proper experience. The sales person was very accurate and Mr Roof met all of the promises and representations of the sales person. Very knowledgeable and helpful without high pressure technique.

We needed a roof replaced within 30 days for insurance purposes. Able responded to our request quickly and came out as scheduled. Once we had received a few different quotes, we called Able Roofing back to schedule, and their sales man came out within the hour! We got the paperwork done, the loan approved, and had a new roof within 10 days - 2 days before our insurance deadline.

1 starDid work while I was out of state on vacation without approval from our COA board and after being told by me repeatedly that I had no authority to approve the work. Further, I was encouraging the COA board not to go with them as they had done a lot of work to solve the roof leak, including replacing the back half of my roof, but that did not solve the problem. It took until the third or fourth visit, after a lot of work was done that did not resolve the leak, for them to even go into the attic to trace where the leak might be coming from. This was a nearly three-year process of wasting money with them, and then, on top of that, they do work without approval while I'm gone and then have the audacity to bill the COA for the work. I paid $1200 at my previous home to go with a different contractor than them because I didn't trust their quality back then. Now I trust them even less and I would recommend others do not trust their work either.Review fromJonathan D

I dealt with George and he is great. He also was very helpful throughout the instal process. The problem was the installers. I paid for the upgraded underlayment on my roof and when I arrived home from work, I notice that they were shingling the last section of my roof with the ice/water shield but no underlayment above it. I asked them and first they acted like it wasn’t supposed to have underlayment, then it changed to, we ran out and we will come back and remove the shingles and install it later, to the crew chief saying he didn’t know the worker was doing that because he was on the other side of the roof. I was reassured by George that it would be taken care of, but when I went back out to check, they still hadn’t installed it and were shingling more, when I went on the roof to talk to them, they tried to hide it by covering it with loose shingles. So, there is a huge honesty problem with the installers. Eventually George was able to get it sorted and they went and got more underlayment and installed it properly. Thank god I came home early and saw it. My concern is that if I hadn’t, I would have been ripped off and never had known until a failure happened years later. How many people have they done this to? Roofs are so expensive, they should really be done properly. After everything, my roof is done and it doesn’t leak, but only after back and forth on the phone, climbing the roof to uncover the workers blatant dishonesty, and baby sitting them the remainder of their day. George was polite and followed up with me after to confirm I was happy and everything was good. Hi Jonathan, we're very sorry about your experience. Mr. Roof has the absolute best guarantees in the industry. To ensure this happens we have checks and balances in place. This happens before, during, and after the installation. It is unacceptable that the installers ran out of materials, and it's our impression that the installer went back to the supply house and filled in the missing area that day. Additionally, per the contract after the roof has settled a Mr. Roof post inspector performs a full roof inspection. All this is to ensure the best possible roof and service we can. To reiterate, we truly find in unacceptable to run out of materials and sincerely apologize.
