BBB opened an investigation into Shri Hari Go Marketin on 2.5.19 after receiving complaints and customer reviews from consumers and businesses who alleged Go Marketin representatives were misrepresenting themselves as Google.
BBB wrote to Shri Hari Go Marketin regarding this but did not receive a reply. Go Marketin has responded to complaints indicating that individual representatives have misrepresented themselves, but the individual will be disciplined, and a credit will be issued to the account. BBB verified GoMarketing is registered with the Ohio Secretary of State as an LLC using trade names GoMarketin and Ghyperlocal. However, based on the complaint descriptions and business replies it appears Go Marketin has contacted with a company overseas, probably in India, for telemarketing services.
