  I called the business and got a quote to repair a hairline 1-in crack in my windshield. I was told that they would do it for $75 plus tax and that I would still see the crack. My husband took my car in today and when he received the car the damage that was done was so much worse than when the car was brought into the shop. My tiny 1-in crack that had no chips or missing pieces. Now has become an ugly mess and I'm missing a huge chunk out of my windshield. I called the shop immediately when I saw the photos of the job that they did. The gentleman that answered the phone was very brass and nonchalant. I emailed the photos over and gave it a couple minutes and then I called the gentleman back. I told him who I was and asked if he had seen the photos he said yes there was a long pause so I decided to ask what he was going to do about the situation. He began to explain that it was cosmetic and there isn't really anything that they can do about it. I am then expecting an apology or bring your car in let's take a look at it and see what we can do to make you a little more happy. He then tells me basically that it is what it is and I can sue him. He will claim that I was rude and erratic, but he won't tell you that that was only after he told me that I could sue him.. I was very shocked by his non-caring attitude and the fact that he was not willing to try to remedy the situation. I now have to replace my entire windshield. It isn't a discount if I have to spend 4x the money to fix the mistake. I never once got an apology and I would have definitely not been so angry if the gentleman didn't act as though I was bothering him on his lunch break.
