      I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding the service quality and attitude I experienced at Safelite Autoglass Bellevue store. My wife brought my Tesla Y to the shop for a back trunk window replacement. The shop damaged my car’s sunroof glass. ******* the store manager informed my wife that we should pay half for the sunroof repair. When I examined it, it was evident that the installation of the trunk window was flawed. The window was positioned too near the sunroof, resulting in the damage. I had to wait for over ninety minutes while ******* was away from the shop. ******* shifted the blame to me for not scheduling an appointment instead of apologizing for the delay. Additionally, he asserted that the malfunctioning trunk mechanism was the cause. He insisted on a Tesla service report. Upon our return home, small fragments of glass were propelled outward, nearly endangering my son.
      I sacrificed my lunch break today in order to get a Tesla service report. *******, after more than 30 minutes of back-and-forth with the front desk, begrudgingly made his way out to accept the report. Tesla clearly pointed out the installation caused the issue. But he refused to accept full responsibility to fix both the sunroof and trunk glasses. He claimed that the service manager **** would need to approve first. Given my challenges yesterday, I requested to set up an appointment for a discussion in a very polite and reasonable manner. Instead of kindly setting up a time, his staff refused such a reasonable request. I told the staff that I would wait at the shop until **** called. Instead, the staff called the police, claiming I caused distributes. ******* promised **** would call me today, which didn’t happen either.
      I’m utterly disappointed by the lack of service quality, the unacceptable negative attitudes, and the disregard for customers’ time. Your commitment to addressing this incident is appreciated.

      Left my car absolutely filthy, no care for interior or customer satisfaction. They do not leave an option to review them after their service. You'd be better off going to your local glass guy, who would actually appreciate your business and respect your vehicle.

      For warranty repair the tech came and found a speck no one can see and said warranty is void. This is incompetent at best and criminally fraudulent at its worst. I wish I could give kess than one star.

      Scheduled an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early. The “Manager” said I was 20 minutes late. Then when on to explain they have a 15 minute window of time for late appointments. I simply explained I wasn’t late. The older dude behind him spoke up with a disrespectful tone of voice and said “I’ll take care of it”, which I simply turned around walked out the door. Corporate called me back, I asked them to install the windshield in someone else’s vehicle. *** *** **** **** ****** *** **** ***** ********* *** ***** ** * ******* ******* **** **** ************* **************** ***********

      Thursday, May 2nd,
      I had my windshield repaired last week, since then the crack has spread a little. It is still small enough to repair, I am trying to avoid it from getting worse and then needing replacement. Can you please send out your rep to further correct. Thank you in advance.
      Date of repair 4/25/24
      I just got off the phone with one of your service representatives. I was advised that they will not be able to repair the very small crack (which was supposed to be repaired correctly last week). Now they want me to replace the windshield. This does not make any sense without your company coming out to take a look. It does not warrant a replacement, if that was the case, I would have replaced it at the onset. Now they want me to go to one of your shops to get replaced. I was told they cannot do a second repair which sounds ridiculous. The whole purpose of your company coming out was for convenience, now they want me to go to a shop. Sounds like they are just trying to sell me on a windshield or hoping I will just let it go. I think the least you can do is just give me what I paid in return, since the repairs were not done to satisfaction. Very disappointed after giving your company a very positive survey.
      Friday, May 3rd,
      I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved. I paid for a quality repair, and I did not get one. I am not going to go away until I get this windshield properly repaired, NOT REPLACED, or I get reimbursed.
      Tuesday, May 7th,
      It has been a few days and still nothing has been resolved. Your company called me last week with a number to call myself. What good does that do. I have since posted a review in Yelp of the poor service and communication. I will be reaching out to the BBB and BAR today. As a reminder, just like a good referral is given to others, so is a bad referral. I have many friends and family that I will be sharing this with.

      Had my windshield installed by them. Rained two days latter and flooded the inside destroying my 12” center monitor, was told I had to take it to the dealer . I said they were going to rent me a vehicle, I travel for work
      ****** from the Grove City safelite stated they needed a quote before agreeing to a rental. Hello I travel for work one vehicle.
      This was after the second time replacing the windshield. I stated I only drive trucks being a superintendent and getting material.
      They rented me a car. Pathetic place .
      And I will hear the same shit . We are sorry please reach out to us .

      The management at this location took it upon themselves because I've made three appointments and rescheduled decided not to keep the appointment at my home I feel it is discrimination based solely on where I live. I suggest you use the Glass Doctor or the biggest competitors because they are unprofessional and do not provide quality service

      Horrible Safelite location, total incompetents. Dropped off vehicle @8am for new windshield install, I returned @4pm to find vehicle untouched. Manager gave me nothing but attitude so I left with zero accomplished. To add to my disappointment Safe Lite filed an insurance claim with my insurance company. Nothing but headaches.

      Worst customer service, worst follow up and over terrible experience. They removed my windshield- tried to replace with aftermarket crap and when it it didn't calibrate sent me home in a car that had no working cameras, driver assist and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree because of all of the things they disconnected and could not put back together - it is impossible to drive safely. Told me they would order the OEM part and then after 2 weeks of no contact I reached out only to be told it was on backorder. I stated that the card was undrivable - they told me to go to Honda BUT STILL BILLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY! So now I have an unsafe vehicle that is not really drivable for fear of an accident and I have to PAY for a rental car. I have reached out to the local branch, regional management and corporate with not so much as a response. No one signs their names to email or says their name on the phone- sneaky.
      I have reported this to my insurance company - without much hope for recourse.
