      Took my car to replace the back windshield. As they prep the car they noticed they had the wrong part so I was told they had to reschedule me. They scratched the car when they were preparing the car. I came back a few days later to talk to the manager and file a complaint about what happened and to find a resolution. The manager was not friendly at all. I was told to leave the shop, they called the police on me and was told I couldn't come back. The police report states that no threats were made and nothing happened. So why did the manager have to call the cops on me? To intimidate me? So that they would not be held accountable for what they did to my car? Because of the color of my skin? Maybe a combination of all of it. If you ever have to get some work done at the location in Hasbrouck Heights NJ, be careful.

      Went to the Huber Heights Ohio service center to have a crack fixed in my windshield , they pulled me jeep into the garage and I was there for thirty minutes the guy came out and told me I was good to go, today my windshield cracked all the way down where they said they fixed it, chatted with someone on chat because they don’t answer any calls, I couldn’t find my appointment 2/29/2024 on past appointments, come to find out they put in the system that my tiny crack was not repairable, they told me no such thing. I was just lied to and sent on my way. I also snapped pictures of the chat I will never go back there and I will never recommend them to anyone

      They're automated system absolutely sucks I can't get a hold of a human being and their stupid robot only gives you three options at a time and you have no choice but choose one of those three options I've called them 10 times and tried to bypass that robot and it cannot be done I would give them a zero star rating but that is not an option

      I am very disappointed in this company. I had a dime size spider crack in my windshield and I paid $200 to fix that. The technician cracked my windshield and now I have an 18 inch crack and I need to have my windshield replaced. They said that they would replace it and apply the $200 towards the windshield replacement. The problem is that I don’t trust them to replace the windshield now. They said that their policy states that is all they will do for me. I think this is horrible. I feel like I have been scammed. I will tell everyone I know not to use them. Very unsatisfied, ***** PS I only chose 1 star because I had to choose something to submit my review. I give them 0 stars.

      I had damage to my windshield and my insurance company sent me to Safelite. When I was told that they would need to replace the windshield. I was informed that I would need to drop the car off by 9 AM so I could pick it up by 5. I did so and was informed when I picked up the car that the aftermarket windshield that was used was not compatible with my vehicle and the electronic features could not be calibrated. Satellite informed me that I had to return to get another windshield put in as they would have to by an OEM windshield for the replacement. This time I was informed that I could make an appointment and would not have to drop the vehicle off all day as I was informed earlier. The appointment was made and when I showed up for the service the technician could not find my appointment. When he finally found my name he told me that they didn't have the windshield and did not have an ETA on the windshield. When I asked how I would know when to return, since he didn't volunteer any information, he told me that I would be contacted when the windshield arrived. I expressed my doubt since I was not contacted to cancel this appointment and I was told that the windshield was due in June. Now there is an ETA???? Terrible customer service. This location was at the Safelite inn South Lindbergh in St. Louis, MO

      THE TECHNICIANS & THEIR SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. HOWEVER, THEIR CORPERATE OFFICE IS INCAPABLE OF RETURNING A PHONE CALL OR E MAIL.
      TOO BAD THE COPERATE VERSION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE TOILET. IT SPREADS THE BROWN GOO ALL OVER THE FOLKS (HARD WORKING TECHNICIANS) THAT DO THE HARD WORK FOR THEM.
      THAT'S A BIG RASBERRY TO THE CORPERATE OFFICE AND THEIR INABILITY TO RETURN A PHONE CALL.

      Had a Crack repaired. The tech was rude and disrespectful. He completed the job in less then 10 minutes and when done there was NO visible change as advertised in the email from safelite that there should be. Contacted customer support to have someone inspect it the next day and they were going to send the same tech out. Took to two other glass guys and they said the work was faulty. Took back to safelite and manager simply looked at it and said it was good and refused to feel the actual cracks that weren't filed. Stated the work was done and he would do nothing more to fix it unless I wanted to replace the windshield. Very unprofessional.
      The two other guys that looked at it had previously worked for this store and left because of the unprofessional and shoddy work that was being done.
      Am extremely dissatisfied and will not use them again and will recommend to everyone I know to do the same.

      TERRIBLE. 0 STARS. had a mobile appointment today to replace my windshield and they never showed. When I called they told me that my appointment was cancelled and they did not have an explanation on why it was cancelled. They also never sent an email, text or a phone call telling me it was canceled. After being on hold for 45 minutes they hung up the phone. I then proceeded to call again and spoke to a different person and she said someone will call me (doubt it), and no one ever did. I really needed this windshield to be replaced today because I am giving in my car tomorrow. I decided to go in person to Safelite and the man helping me was helpful to a certain extent. He told me that this happened to another person today. When I said I needed my windshield replaced tomorrow the other man at the desk laughed. Which I don’t know what’s funny about me taking off from work and missing a day worth of pay or that I need to give my car in tomorrow and now I can’t because of them messing up on their end. I also like to include that my brother had a in person appointment 3 weeks ago to replace his windshield and when he showed up they told him his appointment was cancelled. Again, he never got notified it was canceled. So apparently this company just cancels appointments without telling you. I have no choice but to get this fixed now in two days which will delay me on giving in my car. NEVER again will I give this company my business. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

      The manager ******* is a terrible manager. Took me a whole week to get an appointment to get my passenger window fixed. The day my car was supposed to be ready she calls and lets us know 10 minutes before the car was ready the tech broke the glass. Again! She stated it will take a few more days to get a new window and have the car done. We expressed how this is not okay and we need this car ready and her exact words were there’s nothing else I can do “ it is what it is”…. This is so unacceptable this should be done within 24hrs and I shouldn’t even have to bring my car to the shop they have mobile services. This manager should be fired or disciplined on how to treat customers. If her approach was different for ex: “ I’ll look into this and try to get a resolution so we can have your car ready soon” or any other words then “it is what it is”…. She also tried to charge us for the broken glass that THEY broke. I am beyond disgusted with this place and the poor management. I was able to get the Lyn location the next day to come to MY house and replaced the window with NO issues. This shows that only the Everett location has poor quality of service due to management.

      I had my windshield replaced by Safelite on 3/8/24. l heard wind noise every since the the replacement. Three technicians came out to try to fix the problem, which was a waste of my time. l finally took the car in to shop to get another replacement. To no avail, same problem!!! Technician told me” lf this replacement doesn’t work, l should have my trimming replaced!” WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? You all created the problem now fix it! l never had wind noise before the replacement. And, now they are giving me the run around, as well as being rude whenever you can finally speak to someone! l was able to speak to a manager that said “he would return my call after speaking to his Quality manager.” That’s been about three weeks now!
      Why l am responsible for the damage they caused?
      This company is RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO CLOSE!! AFTER SEEING ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS, l WOULD HAVE NEVER CHOSEN THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
