    I have taken my car to Never sleep performance for a problem that no other automotive shops in the area were able to sort out and I receive the car back in worse condition. I discover that my car has new problems that did not exist until after the services were completed. I had one problem solved, only to have more problems occur. My car was idling fine until series and new parts were installed, I check my oil to discover other fluids mixed in after barely putting any miles on the car, my oil pressure gauge no longer reads after being serviced, and I have discovered new electrical problems that were not an isssue. I came for one specific issue and leave with a headache of new problems that didn't exist until after paying to solve one.

    Customer vehicle was brought in and work completed in early June of 2022. Approximately one month later after vehicle had been picked up the customer emailed me once with concerns about the vehicle at which point I told him I'd be more than willing to take a look at the issues and address as needed. I do like to stand behind my work, but I have not heard from the customer since then or before this review was left unfortunately. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we dont meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesnt happen again.Also unfortunately with alot of older Japanese vehicles of that age issues do occur which is one of many reasons most repair facilities will not dig into them. Regardless we apologize for the inconvenience.
