On Feb. 19, 2019, BBB Accreditation was Suspended concerning this business due to failure by the business to respond to and resolve 1 complaint submitted through BBB involving consumer Dennis Furrow on Dec. 12, 2018, alleging problems with the company concerning customer delivery issues.
Due to these matters, including failure to respond to multiple BBB requests for the company’s side of the story via multiple contact methods, the company is not currently meeting BBB Accreditation Standards to honor promises and be responsive:

The company has until Feb. 29 to appeal this accreditation action.
The matter will be reviewed further by BBB and by the BBB’s Board of Directors. The Board’s next 2 meetings are currently scheduled on Feb. 26 and March 26, 2019.
