    As someone who has worn hearing aids for OVER 50 years, I would NEVER recommend Family Hearing & Balance Center to anyone for their hearing health. (testing or aids). This was the worst experience I've ever had in ordering new hearing aids.After 1-1/2 months, I had to travel in to their office to find out my hearing aids had never been ordered. They had my $500 deposit for 45 days & had no idea my order wasn't fulfilled. Had I not brought this to their attention, I doubt they would have ever realized their mistake.They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture for their mistake. Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction. AGAIN: I would NEVER recommend people use this business for hearing tests/aids. I ended up finding another audiologist in the area who had my new aids to me within 2 weeks - at a cost that was BELOW what Family Hearing was going to charge me for them!
