    I’m confused I didn’t know I didn’t own rights I thought did everything I was supposed to. Even  if I didn’t the terms of service say nothing about you being able to withhold my earnings . People in these complaints have schemes for fake streams and still got their monies.. I didn’t do something all the way on accident, and I can’t get mine? Where’s the equality?

    No direct connection. I used A.I over original songs a few times but made sure it didn’t violate any copyright or anything. We previously briefly talked and just agreed that I won’t distribute anymore but will still receive royalties that I’m entitled to. I have done anything wrong.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I used a COMMON nickname. I didn’t think it was misleading but understood how, which is why when my release got removed I didn’t fight it. Me and dot came to a fair conclusion I’d receive what I earned over the couple months it was up which wasn’t much, and I wouldn’t release anything else. It’s not my fault, and I don’t have plans on doing it again. I read the terms and conditions, I’m still within my rights.

    Dear Songcast Support Team,

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
    After reviewing the notice, I want to assure you that any
    suspicious activity related to my music was unintentional and not initiated by
    my team. We value fair and honest practices and would never intentionally
    engage in or encourage fraudulent behavior.

    Additionally, I do not earn any royalties from TikTok
    streams, so there would be no benefit to engaging in such activities. That
    being said, I understand the seriousness of this issue and, as a precaution, I
    would like to clarify that TikTok will no longer be an option for streaming my
    music.

    your response and hope for a positive resolution.

    I asked Spotify and Apple Music for a verification concerning my albums and no alert from them.
    I am very vigilant about this I want to protect my music my content.

    This letter is being written due to multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact SongCast Support since 7/14/2024. We received notice of multiple albums and singles being removed and the following message via the SongCast site; “We are currently reviewing your account for unusual sales activity.” while attempting to access our monthly earned royalties and stats via the website.

    While we agree that investigation into allegations of “unusual sales activity” is warranted, we do not agree with or understand the purpose of restricting our access to earned royalties and statistics that would allow us to conduct our own investigation into the reason the Albums and Songs were taken down from all streaming stores available to SongCast, despite no indication that allegations were presented by all streaming stores. The following message was sent via the “Chat Feature” on 7/14/2024 at 9:48am; “Please release our royalties and stats so that we can investigate into the streams for the multiple songs and albums that have recently been removed.”. The message has not received any response to date and was followed by 1 similar message each day with no response by any support or representative for SongCast. We do not understand or appreciate being blatantly ignored by SongCast via its support staff and/or employees and we request immediate action to unlock our earned royalties to prevent any further economic damage to our company and/or our artists. The agreement to release royalties on a scheduled basis should not be restricted or hindered by review “for unusual sales activity.”, considering the action of removing multiple songs and albums prior to any review has already taken place.

    The request to restore our ability to review our statistics and deposit our earned revenue has been restored to satisfaction. Per the response from the busincess, Songcast, the music in question was removed by Spotify and not by Songcast. This statement does not address the fact that the music was also removed from Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, Napster, Deezer, Soundcloud, Rhapsody, and various other streaming platforms that are not subsidiaries of Spotify. These stores did not have any complaints/allegations regarding our artists streaming/dowloads/sales per the communication from Songcast. With that information confirmed by Songcast, we request that our music that was taken down "by Spotify" be reviewed for being restored to all other stores/platforms that Songcast has access to and has already been paid to distribute our music to on various dates since 2014. If the music will not be restored, we would like for Songcast to confirm that the decision to not restore our music and withhold our royalties during the "investigation process" is a decision made by Songcast and not soley by Spotify.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The royalty and stats features were unlocked by the business. However, the business did not restore the albums and songs that they claimed were only removed by Spotify to other digital stores that we previously paid for those songs and albums to be in as a part of our paid membership. There was also a $418+ discrepancy between the Royalties the site showed we earned in May 2024 and the Royalties paid for May 2024. We have contacted the business about this additional issue as of a week ago and are awaiting a response to explain the discrepancy.

    Songcast has blocked my account (e-mail address: *************************) and removed one of my albums from the platforms. I can't upload any more albums, and I can't get my royalities back, I think this is not in accordance with the rules.
