    Good morning. My problem started after one of my songs suffered a takedown. I contacted the company asking the reason, and they didn't get back to me. After that they took down all my other songs. In my message I asked them to pay attention to my problem, I proposed to send all the necessary copyright documents and authorizations on the distribution of the song, proving the rights I have, the phonogram and authorial records, all i all in my name. In addition, the company blocked my earnings, giving me a loss without any kind of explanation. I ask you to reopen my account and accept my documents. In addition, I contacted the complainant and reached an agreement, in which the songcast company completely ignored it. Since ******* itself replied to the complainant that the song would return to the air.

    could you tell me what the complaints are and which songs were complained about? I'm asking this because I have a record of all the songs for distribution! that's why I thought the takedown was strange, since they are in my name, including the instrumentals on the account were all produced by me! I have their projects open at fl studio, everything is fine, could you tell me the complainants and which songs were charged with a penalty, please?

    I've been with Songcast about 5months now, and one day i sign into songcast. It say "contact support" i contacted them, and haven't heard back in 2days. So i go to contact them again, but i couldn't send nothing but click "Why my account is restricted" so i go to check other stuff like " Spotify Analytics" and its say "We are currently reviewing your account for unusual sales activity." I've never bought a fake promo, nor bought fake streams?

    The consumer used a different email for his account with the business.  The consumer corresponded with the business by that email and the matter was resolved.

    This digital music distributor just accepted my tracks in order to consequently not pay me out the royalties earned. The distributor always comes up with some strange excuses not to pay my money. The aggregator legally can't have any reason to hold money earned by music of their clients. They accept your compositions for distribution but then come up with some excuses why your content is inappropriate for them (though they initially accepted it through the moderation), and then just withhold your royalties, probably for ever just to keep them for themselves. At least it seems their business model. I just want to let people know about the company they are probably going to trust.

    Look at the complete ignoring from their side. Not a single mail to me. They stole my royalties and dont care anymore.
