24, 2024, your Better Business Bureau contacted Presidential Credit, LLC asking the
business to revise or substantiate the advertising claims listed
below which appeared on the company’s website, https://presidentialcredit.wixsite.com/presidentialcredit.
BBB’s Code of Advertising recommends advertisers
be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before
publication or broadcast and present such substantiation, upon request,
promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. In addition, Section 34 of BBB’s
Code of Advertising recommends claims relating to performance, energy savings,
safety, efficacy or results for a product or service be based on recent and
competent testing or other objective data. As of August 1, 2024, Presidential Credit, LLC has not responded to BBB
or modified the claims.
