      We can’t recommend Todd and Gary at Drain Pro enough! They went above and beyond—driving all the way to Columbus to help us out. Todd coached us through the entire process, including navigating the warranty, so we didn’t have to pay for a new unit. Todd’s communication was absolutely impeccable—clear, timely, and reassuring every step of the way. If you want a team that truly cares and knows their stuff, call Todd and his crew—you won’t regret it!

      Highly recommend Drain Pro. I had an emergency. It was early evening. The 3 other places I called either put me on a waiting list or wanted to schedule me for the next day. I spoke with Todd and he said someone would be out in a half an hour. Very courteous, reasonably priced and professional. Thanks Todd and Ron for helping me out in a time of need
