  We are certainly confused as to your position here. We filed this business back in December, sent confirmation that it was completed, just as you requested, and have not had any contact since. Was there a problem? Please contact our customer support if we did not follow your direction.

  These guys are super deceitful. Don't fall for it. This happened to me as well. I went to file an annual LLC report online in WA and their site pops up before the official WA site. I stupidly clicked, filled out the firm data and was charged $250 to include a BOI application. I still had to file my WA annual report. that report was $70.00.
  I hope this will help someone else. Bottom line, don't be in a rush to get these reports done....

  I am so sorry to say I am yet another victim same exact thing I am also disputing charges, they claim I had a late fee for LLC, and boi, charged me 500.00 and only sent them 280.00, which isn't even what I owed. I was on the secretary of state web site and these guys just popped up said this is what you owe so I paid it . Be ashamed

  It seems our customer support has contacted you a number of times concerning this matter. As explained, via email, phone and on our site to begin with, we are a privately owned company offering various business services, including report filing. you contracted us to perform a service, paid an agreed upon fee, and we performed the service. you were required to choose the state in which you were registered, actively marked several affirmations that you had read and agreed to our various terms, and that you were authorizing payment for this service. We cannot be more clear.

  Their response below is that they do not contact a business that has not done business with them before. That is a bold faced lie! I re-registered my business like I always do, with the state.
  The next day I started getting calls, emails and texts saying additional information was needed in order to complete my registration. It is a scam! They even lied in an email saying it was a new law that additional information was required. I contacted the CCB who said I was re-registered, no additional information was needed and that it was a scam and do not contact them.

  This is simply untrue. You came to our site and submitted an application for an annual report, and added on the newly required BOI report filing. Only at that point did we start to contact you. We initiated no contact until we received that order from you.
  The information you provided shows a business that is in fact inactive for failure to file the report. We are not sure who the CCB is, but the state dissolved this business in June of 2023, over a year ago, and it is still in inactive status. We are happy to help with this, and have a few different options that will likely save you time and money, which is our entire purpose.
  As far as the new law is concerned, congress passed the Corporate Transparency Act in 2021, and it took effect January 1 of 2024. this new law does in fact require that you submit certain information to the federal government, which was explained in your application process, and offered as an option that you chose to have us complete. If that report is not submitted by end of 2024, you face fines of up to $591/day of non-compliance as well as additional fines and possible jail time. We do require some additional information in your case to submit that required filing. We do not say this to scare you, but to inform you that this a reality.
  For those reasons, we contacted you to ensure that you are compliant both at the state and federal levels. Im sorry you are so confused, but we are happy to help you through these processes that are quite confusing. In the mean time, we have refunded your fees.

  Absolutely NOT true. I never contacted your company. I renewed my business as I always do, through the states website as stated previously. Your company apparently monitors business filings as they are required and your company has come up with a scam (like other companies) to try and dupe business owners. I am in contact with the State of Oregon Secretary of States office and have shared all of the communications that your company has sent. Especially the email where you said my payment was refunded due to no further information which included the correct last 4 numbers of the credit card used. It was not refunded and my business has been reinstated. You are a scammer and I hope you are stopped. Get a real job like the rest of us.

  This is a "legal" scam but a scam no less! They look up your public business records on a state government website, then send you a message saying it is time to file your yearly report. Since they have all the basic information about my business name, filing date, etc., it seems like it is coming from the state department of financial institutions.
  The yearly report is a few basic questions about your business and takes about 10 minutes to complete, start to finish. If you do this through the state government website, it costs $25. If you file with this company, they charge $150!
  They have refused to provide a refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

  Hello, and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the assertions you have made are simply inaccurate. We do not contact any business that has not done business with us in the past and specifically requested that we notify them of important dates and deadlines concerning their business. You requested that we file your 2023 report in August of last year, and specifically requested that we email you with updates concerning your business. You are under no obligation to use our service, and we do not in any way "seem" like we are the "state department of financial institutions". If fact, we say on every page of our site that we are a privately owned company, as well as in our terms and conditions that you also affirmatively marked that you had read and to which you agreed.
  We are a service. We charge for our services. The vast majority of our customers are very pleased with our service, and happy to pay our fees. Unfortunately, once we have submitted a filing, it is public record, and cannot be "undone", and is therefor not eligible for a refund.

  It is laughable that this company had the nerve to respond to me saying my allegations are inaccurate. If you look at all of the reviews for this company, they all say the same thing that I did! They all use words like: MISLEADING, THOUGHT IT WAS A GOV'T WEBSITE, REDIRECTED TO THIS SITE, FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL, and UNPROFESSIONAL, etc! Yes, I used their service in 2023 like they said because I thought it was legitimate then. It was not until now, that I realized how much I was overcharged for this simple renewal process. I won't fall for it again. I see that one person got a refund but the rest of us are left with paying up to 6X the actual cost for this scam. I am still hoping my credit card comapny will back my dispute.

  Business Filings attempted to charge $239 for the initial LLC filing, and an additional $298 that was not included in the initial invoice information. The service only costs $40 through the state of KY. I initiated the process through the state government website- and somehow was redirected. Total scammers. Buyer beware!

  I went to go do my business annual report and their website makes it look like it is state associated. It is very misleading in what they are offering and it looks like I am not the only one this has happened to. I did get a receipt from the company after I had paid them and that is what alerted me because of the huge price difference from what the state charges. I hope that it actually got filed because it looks like that has not been the case for other people. How is this not a scam?

  Hello. I am not sure what the complaint is. We sent your confirmation documents this morning just as you requested. You ordered a service, and that service was provided.
  As far as looking like we are associated with the state, we say on every page of our site that we are privately owned and not affiliated with any government office or agency. We ask in which state you are registered, which a specific state would never do. Our site looks nothing like any state site in the US.
  We see no communication from you regarding this matter, save a complaint to a review site here. We are happy to work with our customers, but cannot address an issue that was never brought to our attention until after the service was completed.

  Like many others renewing their LLC thought their state government website, this link popped leading one to think it was associated with the government website. I became suspicious of their legitimacy when I began to receive unexpected threatening messages requesting my EIN number, which is my Social Security number. Thank you to everyone who has posted on this site your experience. I have contacted my credit card to investigate the charges/company and remove the charge as fraudulent.

  Hello. It looks like we filed your annual report over a month ago, and have spoken to you on the phone a number of times since then regarding the BOI report for your business. We are a service, not affiliated with any state or government agency.
  We do not send any threatening emails, but do send notifications that we require more information (if that is the case) to complete part of your order.
  A BOI report does require an EIN, which is different from your social security number, although it acts very similarly. Please contact us again to allow us to resolve this issue.

  I went to pay my annual report fee for my LLC registration with the state of WI. I thought I was paying the annual $25 fee on the state site but it turned out to be this scam business' site. I was charged $150 which was not listed anywhere in the process. They gave no receipt either. I actually didn't find out I'd been scammed until I saw my credit card had a $150 charge on it a month later. This is a highly unethical business that feeds off of deception.

  We are sorry you feel we did not meet your expectations. We are a filing service and are very clear about our pricing and our service with the requested service, price and total to be charged listed directly above the fields to enter credit card information. We also immediately send a receipt and a confirmaiton email with the information you provided.
  We do not seem to have any record of you contacting us regarding your order, but your filing was completed and confirmation was sent over 3 months ago, on December 5, 2023.

  Misleading information their site. They definitely need to update their search criteria for google. I typed in State Business License and these people pulled up stating they could assist with that. But the only way to get any information is to pay for their service. I pay for the service, I get a call from Cassidy Bishop, who states Action Required on my request. Turns out they DONT do state business license. They only help you form an LLC. Also, on her voice mail to me, she stated I need to call back for some updates. I call back and their lines are all busy, so I sent an email. She then says well the LLC you inquired about is already taken. Well duh I own it, I am not here for an LLC I am here for the license. Oh we dont assist with that, what do you need?
  I wanted a refund, and then she starts to threating me via email. And state my only option is to take a fee on the money I paid for services rendered..... What services. All you did was tell me no we dont do that and your LLC is already taken. LOL. Then she starts to tell me, I have no other option take it or leave it. And I lose all my money. Oh, and if you dispute we will still win and take your money.....
  LOL never do business with these people.

  We appreciate your feedback. You are correct that we do not offer any licensing service, nor do we say anywhere on our site that we do. We are unclear on what you believe was misleading. Despite that, we have issued a full refund only to find that a complaint was submitted here saying we did not.
