      Don't do business at this banking institution. They take fees when your account is one that shouldn't cost monthly fees. Had my mortgage with Midwest the entire mortgage, so for years. Had to keep an eye on the account as they would all of the sudden start charging a "relationship fee". Contact them, they removed. Paid off the mortgage, which was ALWAYS in great stating, never late, I paid an extra payment, they never return the payment and unknown to me they started their relationship fee again. I went to close the account, which should have already been done when the mortgage was completely but instead they took their relationship fee AGAIN and refused to give back $5!! Not the way to treat a great customer!!
