1 starWill not accept no stars. My check was cashed for 3 months of service on Dec. 31 for the first quarter of 2025. 2 weeks went by and our trash piled up with no pick up. I called and spoke to Kayla. First she spoke to the poor weather conditions until I pointed out that there were no weather issues the first week. Then she said they are very short on drivers and they “reserve the right to reschedule our pick up.” I questioned getting my money back since we had no pick ups in 2025 thus far. She stated if I check my statement (contract) it states that there are no refunds. I stated they are not fulfilling their end of that contract by picking up our trash and asked so does that mean I am denied a refund due to our contract and yet they do not have to fulfill there end of the deal and she said it would appear that is correct. After 15 days of no pick up we secured another company and cancelled our service. Again at cancellation I was notified there would be no refund. Not only is the service poor but the customer service was unacceptable as well. I feel it is obvious with all the complaints there are serious issues with Kimble delivering their end of the contract and they should be required to refund.Review fromElizabeth A

1 starI would give them zero stars. I will not pay this bill. They have t come to pick up in weeks it's not just winter it's all the time. No paying for a see that isn't done. They need cited again a d us people need other trash service to choose from. I am cancelling my service all together. Dom many are complaining. For me I am done. I can not believe this company stays in business . I have them for 2 weeks first week went fine 2nd week OMG Thanksgiving day (Thursday) my pick-up day is Friday so their schedule letter says Friday pick-up will be next day so Saturday came and went no pick-up service well I get an email stating
Delay In Service
Your refuse service will be delayed this week by one day. Please leave items at their regular collection site. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I took this as a reminder about a pick-up reminder
Monday concerned and called was told equip. trouble on Saturday hmmm they are a big company so why not send another vehicle? Now it is Monday to top off the bad service I was told for sure today then I noticed neighbors (Tuesday pick-up) trash was emptied and mine was not go figure.
Called and told them I wanted my trash picked up today and the lady said can not do they close in 5 minutes OMG .
To sum it up I will ask for a refund and get a service with better reviews.Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

The only reason I’m leaving one star is because leaving zero is not an option. This company is ridiculous. My trash was not picked up on the scheduled day. Why? When I called I was informed that the driver couldn’t get our trash because there were bees flying around it. Ok fine. I checked for bees: NO BEES. I asked if the trash could be picked up asap. The woman informed me that my trash will be picked up today. Next day the trash is still sitting on the sidewalk. I call again. This time I am told someone will call me back with an update and my trash will be picked up as soon as possible. This has been happening every single day for 6 days. Why hasn’t my trash been picked up? It looks horrible on my sidewalk and my neighbors are furious, as am I!! Not once have I received a call back with an update. I’ve called once a day. My husband has also been calling. Trash night is tomorrow night. This trash has been sitting out there for almost a week!?? Every day I add a bag. Recently bought a house and the previous owners had service through Kimble. They still have all 3 of their cans sitting outside on my front porch, and told us 6 different times they would be coming for pickup. It’s now been 11 weeks since they cancelled service, which we were originally told it takes 4-6 weeks for pickup. So unprofessional. Every time we call they tell us to take them back ourselves. No, not unless you’re giving us gas money. It’s not our responsibility.Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

Absolutely worst trash service we have ever had! They are constantly spilling trash into our yard and not picking it up. Pretty much every week we have to go out and clean up the yard after they come. They dropped a couch we threw away in our yard causing damage to our lawn, which they then left in our yard, only coming back for it after my husband called and demanded they come and get the couch. This was a large scheduled pick up, by the way, so they should have been prepared to pick up the couch.
Just this week they didn't even bother picking up some of our trash. Over priced for the horrible service they provide. I wish ********* would go back to ********.Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

We have paid Kimble for trash pickup at the end of July, with service active since August 3. They still haven't showed up for 2 straight weeks, and have on multiple occasions lied and said they would show that day we called to find out why the paid-for service wasn't provided. Strangely, we haven't been credited the half a month of service back. Taking someone's money, and withholding the agreed upon services seems to be a dishonest business practice.Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

We do agree there was a service issue for the first week. We did dispatch a driver to the service location on Aug 13th and it was confirmed service at 6:50p. 1 starPrior to Kimbles buying the trash company that went out of business due to death of the owner, I made payments 1x a year for my convenience as a working parent. I knew at the beginning of year it would be one bill I wouldn’t have to worry about til the next year. Kimble’s has raised their prices twice in the short time couple years we’ve had them. They charge $1 per month late fee, charge for paint cans in trash. Yet showed up late to pick up trash several times in 2023. Now because my first quarter payment of 2024 bill is due and it has the $20.90 from their increase that I still haven’t gotten to yet, I am all of a sudden on a “credit hold” and have to make a payment before anything is picked up. I literally pay in advance for a full year at the beginning of every year and they are petty enough to stop services while I’m not even past due on a my normal routine, just their greedy increase. I don’t like giving my money to Kimbles. It’s been nothing but issues.. I wish someone else would start residential trash services in this county.
